Sear Feature is Awesome
It took a couple of cooks to balance the regular cook time and then searing and not over cooking the meats. Temp probe a must and now deliciousness every time. Easy to clean and maintain. Nice.

Spirit® E-325 Gas Grill (Liquid Propane)
This grill evenly cooks and provides more than enough room to cook multiple items (eg. burgers, steaks, brats, etc.). Once constructed, the grill is very sturdy and the two (2) foldable shelves allows you to store this in a small space. Weber grills are a tab pricey, but after using it the money spent was worth it.

Perfect grill
My children bought me a flat surface grill. I just wasn’t used to how it cooked or the involved ritual to keep it clean and primed.
For me, this grill cooks the way I expect, gives grill marks like I expect and is easy to clean.
For me, this grill is perfect.

Little 3 burner with quality results
Had a wood pellet grill which was OK, however, took a long time to preheat for cooking meals . I am totally satisfied with my new Spirit 325. Grill fires temperture up quick . High sear feature turns steaks into a high quality restaurant taste like flavor. Versatile indirect heat cooking is a nice added feature as well.

Spirit E-325 Grill
Bought this to replace an electric grill witch was, in turn, used to replace an old model 325grill. The electric grill was OK but not up to the BBQ standard I had experienced with the Weber Gas Grill. The new Weber model incorporated several improvements that were overdue and very useful. For example 1- New ignition system, 2 - Searing addition, 3 - Much more user friendly gas cannister location and ease of use. 4 - Larger temp gage. The new Weber heats up very quickly and is easy to manipulate the meats being grilled.

Love Our New Grill

Perfect Choice
Though some may find the surface area small, it is perfect for our family of two with occasional guests.
An added bonus is that two of the three burners "sear," leaving lots of opportunities for creating a crust on larger cuts.

Confirmation of this Weber being the best choice
Propane tank is under the grill, inside the door in front. Turning the knob starts the propane AND ignites the propane. When all three burners are on the temp can get to almost 500. I have learned to use only two burners for my grilling.

Enjoying my new Weber Spirit E-325
As a frequent grill user, I probably waited too long to replace my eight-year old Spirit II E-210. So I really appreciate the new features on the E-325, especially the sear zone. So far I have just grilled steaks and TriTip, but everything has come off the grill perfectly. Yummm.

First Weber
First Weber does not disappoint! Solid and well made. I was interested in a grill with a side sear box. I chose the Weber because of its reputation and recommendations by family and friends. I figured Weber knew what they were doing more than me! I am very happy the sear zone is inside the grill. Easier to clean, swap the grates to burn off residue, and heats up the grill faster. I love the cast grates for even cooking. I previously had a 4 burner grill and never needed all the space. I can easily cook 6-8 big steaks or 24 large burgers on my Weber Spirit which is plenty!

Great grill for 2
I like the built in starter. Very easy to use. Have not used it a lot. Seems to cook good. Easy to clean the grates. Trying to find the correct griddle to fit my model. Very happy with grille.
