Weber for ever
Our new grill is quite different from others I have had. You can tell by feel of it that it is well built. It is the most sturdy grill I have owned. My grilling compliments have soared since the purchase. Very even heat is generated with no hot spots.

Just perfect, except...
My two previous Weber Grills (lasting a total of 40+ years) were charcoal and set a very high standard for me. My new E-325 propane grill, although only a few weeks old, is on track to maintain that standard. It arrived in perfect condition, not assembled and with all the parts, in an indestructible box. Assembly took me slightly more time than indicated, but was easy enough for a DIYer. The assembled grill is very sturdy, unlike some of the grills I have seen in stores. I have used it perhaps 10 times already on a variety of food products (vegetables, poultry, fish, meat) and have been pleased with the results in all cases. The burner controls make it easy to maintain an even temperature, the grates are easy to remove and clean, and the fold-down side tables make a small footprint for storage.
There is one drawback for me. There are only two wheels included; one end of the grill must be lifted in order to move the grill. This may be more of an issue for me since I store the grill after every use. If only Weber would send me another complete wheel assembly for the other end, I would be extremely happy with my conversion for charcoal to propane!!!

Love my new Weber! Over last 10 years I have bought a few gas grills. NONE of them are even close to Weber. The construction of Weber is the best. Very solid and reliable Highly recommend

After 20 Years still buying Weber grills
Have owned Weber products for over 20 years so when it became time to replace my old Silver A I again turned to Weber. Product has changed. This is my first 3 burner which is what I required to better control the low and slow cooking I wanted for ribs on the grill. The porcelain coated grates were a necessity to give me the heated top for grill marks and the sear feature will get it's use often. The look of the Spirit is good, the control knobs are well positioned in front, the tank is hidden, all good things. The only disappointing aspect is the removable pan is not aluminum but heat treated painted metal. One of main reasons I chose Weber years ago was the removable pan. The Spirit still offers this feature however it is in the back so I need to turn the grill around when it is time to clean which is a bit inconvenient. My old Weber grills the aluminum pan just slid out the front. I guess I shouldn't complain but the jury is still out on replacing the pan from aluminum to heat treated painted metal so I need to be careful not to scratch the pan.

My First Weber and I Love It.
I love the compact design of this grill. The cooking surface is a dream to clean. The reflective cover on the burners provide even heating and the sear feature gives me the perfect steak.

Compact and Powerful
Drastically reduced cooking time I like to cook with high and controlled heat on a BBQ. Weber Spirit e325 does the job. And it saves me space in my patio when not in use. Weber happily and quickly replaced a side panel that was bent. Good customer care!

Will only buy a Weber!
This is my 2nd Weber grill, the first lasting over 12 years. I have owned many different brands over the years, Weber is the only grill that has lasted more than 5 years. They grates are very durable and the grill has good heat distribution for even cooking. (Other grills seem to be hot in back and cold in front).

Best BBQ I ever owned
Recently replaced my grill with a Weber. Best decision ever! The Weber is super easy to clean, a breeze to start, cooks evenly and the BBQ cover ( also Weber) is not daunting to get back on even in wind. I am not an experienced griller and usually my husband does this. This grill has made me more motivated to use it.

Do not put propane hose in a bind!
Be careful when assembling to make sure the propane hose is not in a bind. Undue angled stress of the hose at the regulator can damage the hose to regulator connection and cause it to leak. You may have to rotate the propane tank 180 degrees to unbind the hose.

Get what you pay for.
My last Weber grill lasted me 22 years. That is the reason ( among others) that I decided to purchase another Weber. Although you can get grills cheaper, this is a classic example of you get what you pay for. The new grill that I purchased is fantastic. The sear zone is great for steaks and the temperature control works great. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money for the quality of a Weber! You will never go back

Love the grill
This grill is much better than my previous 9 yr old Spirit. This one gets much hotter, faster. It cleans up easier too. I have added the 1/2 flat top grill and that alone makes this a much more versatile platform for cooking. I’m using it much more than my old Weber and I could not be happier with the cooking part of this. My only complaint would be the wheels. Really? You couldn’t go casters on all four legs? The plastic wheels are just cheap. Please do better on the next model for those of us that are looking for a small 2-person grill. Otherwise this has been a fine purchase for us and we are enjoying it

This is my first grill, and I love it.
