Great Grill!
I have owned Weber grills my entire adult life. They are great! This is the first grill that I hooked directly to the natural gas coming into my home. Very convenient!

I love my new grill!
Enjoy the sear feature and the digital thermometer.
Nice storage area under the grill.

Great buns
I had just finished firing up burgers for my daughter’s birthday party when everyone requested toasted buns. I set each burner to the same setting and covered the entire grill surface. Every bun had same char/grill marks, my old grill would have turned the back buns to croutons and left the front cold. Well done Weber crew! Quality build and crazy precise.

This is my second Weber barbecue. The first one was a genesis grill that I had for fifteen years. Never had a problem with it but it was time for an updated grill. I didn’t hesitate to choose a Weber grill and if I live long enough my next one will be a Weber. What I love most is the griddle insert. Smash burgers are 100% better on the barbecue and I don’t have to invest in a third outdoor appliance, the patio gets crowded. So far my spirit grill works great and I like the digital thermometer. It smaller than the genesis but still enough for a party. The only con is that I wish they would have incorporated the frame for the inserts and storing the inserts is difficult.

Weber hit a Homerun with EP-425
I purchased the Weber Spirit EP-425 (four caster wheels and digital thermometer; no side-burner.) Many of the supposedly “New” Spirits still have the annoying two plastic wagon-wheels and two peg legs. I hated it on my 2018 Weber Spirit II E-310 which this replaced.
My only complaint are the burner knobs (the EP-425 has four.) I’ve actually left one on when I thought it was off. It is hard to explain, but they can be tricky. After a dozen grilling events, I now have it right.
I think Weber has done a great job. I even bought the griddle insert (#6787), which will replace my stand-alone. Plus, I added the Griddle storage bag (#7035) to make storage more efficient when I switch. I recommend both items.
There are similar looking new Spirit grills. I highly recommended making sure you get EP(Papa)-425 with Four Casters including the digital thermometer. I like that I’m able to see the precise temp from inside my house.
The EP-425 also has a notable increase in cooking surface from my 310. I was tempted to stray from Weber, but once I saw the new EP-425, it was over. I think Weber hit a homerun. I grilled and griddled every day over 4th of July weekend. My family enjoyed it too!

Spirit is great
Had 2 Genesis great grills, decided to downgrade a little. Wanted 4 burner. This is perfect! 2 Sear burners are great so far grills great. Waiting for half griddle to order.

Excellent Performance

My father who grills a lot put it to good use and the performance of it was excellent, he now favors it over his old grill! I think if you have the money to by a Weber Grill i definitely would think about this one or another under the brand! Definitely getting your moneys worth if you utilize a grill all the time!

Great quality grill with tons of grill space!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great quality grill! I’ve used it several times since receiving and the performance is awesome. It heats up fast, cooks evenly and even has a unique sear zone for our steaks. The grilling surface offers tons of space as well, I was able to cook all my hot dogs at once during a recent party that I was hosting (see photos). The grill also cleaned up super fast and nicely.
Overall this grill seems fantastic. The metal seems very sturdy while still leaving the overall grill light enough to be able to move around with ease, especially since it has 2 wheels. It also only took about 90 minutes to put together without any help and came with easy to follow instructions without too many parts. Super excited for all the future grilling I’ll be doing!

This is by far the best grill I have ever owned and I am so grateful! I will from now on, always purchase and recommend Weber products! I never would have thought that having a nicer grill would change the way your grilled food tastes but it does! With the boosted heat in the sear zone you really get that perfect sear on steaks and burgers that taste phenomenal! I also love all of the other features you can purchase to go with the grill. I will definitely be purchasing the pizza oven and wok. I also love how the tank is hidden with this grill so it stays looking nice and neat and there is just so much room! If you want A+ grilling I would buy this grill. Does not disappoint, I am beyond happy and excited because there is now so much I want to try!

Highly recommend!!

It took me 2 hours to assemble ( for someone who is not good with assembling items, I was pretty impressed). The direction was clear and easy to follow. Quite a few of bolts to tighten so keep that in mind.
It cooks well and easy to clean afterwards. I loved the side panels to place items on. As an amateur griller, I highly recommend this.

Fabulous Grill!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used both charcoal and liquid propane grills of various brands over the years, I have to say, this Weber is quite the upgrade! The parts were very well packaged, with no dents or scratches at all. Everything lined up perfectly and was very high quality. I expect this grill will last for many years. The large stickers on the front of the grill did leave some sticky residue, but we were able to easily remove it with a little oil. When assembling the grill, a few of the steps in the book were confusing, as everything was just pictures, but we figured it out! I was a little worried the size of the grill would be huge, as this is a 4 burner and our previous grill of another brand was a 3 burner... but it is just the right size and definitely not clunky or too big. The side shelves are both a good size and the right one has a removable piece that can be replaced with other Weber accessories. They also have little, subtle hooks on the shelves that could be used to hang things like spatulas off of; we haven't found them to be super useful, however, as things would not stay clean easily. It's been a bit of an adjustment learning how to cook on this grill, like any new grill is, with the knobs being slightly counter-intuitive. The digital thermometer also reads the temp from a different place than our previous grill (which was in the lid), but seems to be much more accurate. We've enjoyed many delicious meals on this the past few weeks, with everything turning out really well. If you're on the market for a new grill, I would definitely recommend this one!

Great grill with lots of features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great grill! It has four main burners that pack a lot of grilling power. The sear zone is wonderful if you cook lots of burgers or steaks. It provides a perfect sear on the meat everytime. Easy to ignite by simply pressing and turning the knob. Either all four burners can be lit or individually. I like that this grill has a digital thermometer. Easy to see what temp you are cooking at and no need for any other thermometers. I also like that there are a lot of accessories you can add to this grill. Basins, tool holder, light, griddle etc. Or you can even turn your grill onto a pizza oven by adding the frame kit which is sold separately. I definitely have that on my wish list! Overall this is a great grill and I'm looking forward to lots of grilling out on it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed with this grill!!! It is a great choice for backyard grilling. It is sturdy, well-built, and easy to use. The grill has four main burners, which provide even heat for cooking. There is also a side burner for making sauces or side dishes and a searing station that gets super hot for steak or burgers. Searing station is a game changer!!!
The cooking area is large, so you can cook for a big group and the grates are made of cast iron which is always better for grilling and retaining the most flavor. It has a built-in thermometer to check the temperature, and the storage cabinet is roomy for tools and propane tanks.
This grill is super worth it because it lasts a long time and cooks food perfectly. It’s a good pick for anyone who loves grilling and wants a reliable grill.
So so so happy with it!!
