Weber's Kick'n Chicken Wings

WEBER'S KICK'N CHICKEN WINGS
Crispy, flavorful and juicy chicken wings that everyone will love. but are very simple and quick.

  • YIELD : 25 - 30 wings

  • GRILLING TIME : 30 - 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 4 bottles Weber Kick'n Chicken Seasoning

GAS/CHARCOAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Using a sharp knife, remove the tips of the chicken wings.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss wings with oil blend and season generously with the Weber Kick'n Chicken Seasoning. Allow to sit in marinade for at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove the wings from the bag and discard the marinade.
  4. Prepare the grill for indirect cooking over medium heat (350ø to 450øF).
  5. Grill the wings over indirect medium heat, with the lid closed, for approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Open the lid, turn the chicken wings over, close the lid and continue cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the skin is crispy (165øF in the thickest part of the wing).
  7. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
SMOKE FIRE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Set the Smoke Fire Temperature to 325øF.
  2. Preheat the grill for 15 minutes and then use a wire brush the clean the grill grates.
  3. Place the wings on the grill and cook them for 40 - 45 minutes to infuse that smoke flavor.
  4. Turn your Smoke Fire Temperature up to 400 degrees and finish the wings off with a little high heat at 5 minutes a side to crisp the wings up.
  5. Allow the wings to rest for 5 minutes and serve.
