I can make hot or iced coffee with this coffee maker with just a touch of a button and no more paper filters because it comes with a reusable filter I can even make hot tea using the brewing basket. I love this coffee maker is so easy to use and you can even program it to clean itself. Love this coffee maker.

Perfect coffee
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that you can have either hot or iced coffee amazing! The programmable function is my favorite thing it allows you to set your brew time so you can wake up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed hot coffee. You can easily set your options for hot or iced. When my daughter in law visits she absolutely loves the iced coffee. Easy to fill the tank with desired amount of water and you can make 12 cups or less. Coffee will stay warm up to 4 hours. It has a permanent filter so no more buying paper ones. And you can pour a cup of coffee while it's still brewing in which a lot of coffee pots don't have this option. There's a trivet included to make iced coffee and iced tea.

Great Product

I have tried both and its easy to use and my coffee comes out with a delicious flavor. I like to program the coffee maker at nights for it to start automatically in the mornings so that way I can have the coffee ready as soon as I wake up. I like the shape and how it looks great on my kitchen counter.

Ice and hot coffee!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was wanting a coffee maker for long time and since I received this coffee maker I have been using every single day for morning coffee and the smell of the coffee in the morning it's just wow! Very easy to use and the fancy Touchscreen is awesome, also it easy to wash and of course easy to prepare coffee. And for summer days an ice coffee everything that I need in one coffee maker.
Another thing is that it has an option that allows me to set a timer so I set it in the night and I wake up and coffee is ready yay!
Overall; really good quality, easy to set and use, everything in one ice and hot, size just what I need for my family.
Definitely a must have!

I love having a choice depending on my mood. It has a timer as well so you can set it to make coffee when you wake up or when you're ready for coffee. Great features and modern styling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only been using this for a couple weeks now, but I already love some of the features. The ice coffee feature was very enjoyable when we had some late season 80 degree days in the Northeast. I will definitely look forward to that next summer. The selectable strength is also great and the ability to brew small batches and actually have them come out tasting like coffee keeps from having stale or waisted coffee for days I am by myself.

You can make iced coffee, that is awesome for summer days. The filter is reusable, so no paper filters needed. The touchscreen works great and works as a clock, amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] West Bend - 12 Cup Touchscreen Coffee Maker (Hot and Iced), Stainless Steel. - I needed this coffee maker for my daily morning routine. Brews my 2-3 cups coffee in about 6-8 mins. The temperature is fairly hot and just tolerable on your first sip, doesn’t burn the tongue. The filter I usually use perfectly fits the holder and it’s just easy to clean. Adding the ground coffee and water is not a problem and just takes less than a minute. The coffee pot pours cleanly and easy to pull out of the machine. What I love most about this coffeemaker is that, it's programmable features . You can set the timer ahead of time and wake up to the aroma of a brewed coffee. I like how the coffee tastes and it just makes my day.

It is so sleek and perfect to rest on the counter. It adds a touch of style and class to my coffee bar.
The coffee maker is able to make the traditional hot coffee or cold coffee! It’s the perfect duo for any time of year.
My absolutely favorite feature is its ability to be programmed so I can set it to brew as soon as I wake up in the morning!
I no longer have to wake up and try to brew the perfect cup when I’m half awake in the morning.
It’s such a dream come true!

The 24 hour timer allows me to have fresh brewed coffee when I wake in the morning. I like the brew strength option to brew coffee at the desired taste. Coffee over ice is also a nice option for the summer. With a 12 month warranty and a great price its a great deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this West Bend 12 Cup Touchscreen Iced and Hot Coffee Maker. I like that this coffee maker can make up to 12 cups. I like that there a brew strength button to choose between mild, medium, and strong. I like that the coffee maker has the capability of hot or iced. I like that this product is touchscreen and is easy to use. The exterior front part of the coffee maker is stainless steel, however, the majority of this coffee maker is plastic, excluding the pot which has mostly glass. I am not a fan of the amount of plastic used to make this coffee maker. I would have preferred if the coffee maker was mostly stainless steel, glass, and silicone. The reusable coffee filter is made of mesh and plastic. I did not see anything in the manual or on the box that states the product is BPA free. I am not a fan of this. I would have preferred if the glass pot was a little deeper so fluid isn't as close to the top. I also would have preferred if the lid of the glass pot covered more of the spout for a more controlled pour. Other features of this coffee maker includes a delayed brew, clock, 1-4 cup small brew, and scooper for coffee grounds.
