GREAT so far We recomend it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far GREAT. Cleans the heavy dishes and pans. Seems like quality f the racks are very good . Placement for varied dishes is very good and the thrid rack on top for utensils..really a great option. Super quiet. Does take awhile to run...figure thats pretty much like our old one...plan on 4 hours and another 1 hour for the heat to cool down..Onr thing that is a little odd to use is the little door for the soap that little slide thing ya gotta get use to but could be desinged a little easier. We use liquid not pods of the recomended brand we all know. The other thing on many models is the top buttons...We still like the ones in the front no matter what brand it is...But overall this dishwasher is great for the money and we could get it in Black...hopefully we can get 18 years out of this one. Our old GE was still running at 18 but this one Whirlpool we thought has the edge well over the other brands while balancing price.

Worth the Wait
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a while to get the dishwasher delivery and installed but was it worth the wait. The dishwasher is very quiet. The controls are intuitive. The capacity is an A++. I love the 3rd rack. All of my dishes have come out clean and dry at the end of the cycle. Cleaning time varies between 1.5 hrs and 4.5 hrs. I feel that the cycles are average running time. I would recommend this dishwasher to everyone.

Quiet and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet and has room for a lot of stuff. Utensils section on top is nice and seems to clean silverware better. Has several options but not overwhelming. Regular dry cycle is good but still have some water on items. Haven’t tried extra dry yet.

SUPER QUIET!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the dishwasher for a couple of weeks and only run it three times. I'm very impressed with the quietness of the unit. Dishes and silverware come out clean! The large capacity is much more than this single person will use except when family comes to visit, but it looks like it will hold a lot. Have enjoyed using the 3rd rack. This replaced a GE dishwasher which was original to my house built in 1989. The lack of noise is quite dramatic.

I was concerned when I read that the normal wash cycle time was over 3 hours, but in fact, the quick wash is 1-1/2HR and is totally sufficient for our needs. The ability to raise/lower the middle each is very helpful, and easy to do. And the unit is very quiet.

Cleans your dishes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced an 8 year old Samsung. We have been pleased with the cleaning so far. The dishes come out clean, spot-free, and dry. The capacity is also good. I took out the very large silverware holder and just place the silverware on the top pullout. It’s also really quiet. You can barely hear it running.

Effective Cleaning, Quiet, but Installation Tricky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans very well with "Sensor" and "Hi Temp Wash" options, with a full load about 2.5 hours. It's insanely quiet! If I'm not standing near it, I can't hear it running.
My only criticism: installation instructions seem to assume knowledge of the product. (e.g. "remove the drip tray" is described, but it took some time to determine what part it referred to)

So far I am happy with my choice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first new dishwasher after usig the old one (it served us really well!) for 27 years without any repair! We used it only a few times so far but I am quite happy. It is extremely quiet, but it takes three hours to wash the dishes (shorter cycle with fairly clean dishes). The drying takes half of that time and the mugs still had the water on the top of them (some). The cycle finished in mid afternoon, I opened the dishwasher first time in the morning and ir was still warm inside. But it is not a big deal for me, I will get used to it.
I love the top rack for silverware and the removable silverware basket. So far I am pretty happy with the choice.

Like the finish a lot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Whirlpool dishwasher was almost 29 years old and was so great I decided to buy another. I wished the new one had a recessed handle like the first one instead of one that sticks out. I also wished it didn't take over three hours to do a load of dishes. Other than that we'll see how well it performs.

Starting the washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The default start of the washer is sanitize . To do a normal wash you have to push the cycle button a number of times to select normal and then press start.
For people this is annoying because the choices is in small print wth low light. The default start should be normal. Other than that I find the washer works great.

Great Dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher! I replaced a 10+ year old KitchenAid which a lousy job of washing dishes. For example I use a Bodum coffee carafe which ha d become stained with coffee, the KitchenAid did nothing for it for years. The first night with the Whirlpool I put the carafe in and I was amazed that 98% of the stains were gone. I love the third shelf too.

Whirlpool of Happiness
We've had this model dishwasher a little over a month and I could not be happier. Our old dishwasher creaked and gurgled and groaned at every single wash. This Whirlpool is nice and quiet and does such a fantastic job every time, washing the dishes. I'm so glad we put a little Whirlpool of happiness in the kitchen!

Quiet and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does a surprisingly good job. The plates etc are gleaming after its cycles. It's acceptably quiet, which is great as our kitchen is wide open to the rest of the house. The third shelf is a real boon, with the capacity and layouts of the two main shelves being excellent. It's quick enough and has a quick cycle if needed. I'm impressed, especially as, by today's standards, it's quite affordable.

Great mid-range dishwasher and highly efficient
