For years we "pre-washed" all of our dishes since our previous dishwasher was so poor at removing the hardened remains. The new washer is incredible. I had no idea what we were missing out on. If I had know, I would have purchased this years earlier. I also like the stainless steel interior, the layout of the racks. the oversized utensil basket(s), and the quiet! It is so quiet.

My only complaint is that the door of the dishwasher is hard to open all the way. You really have to push it down to open it entirely, so if you are like me and already have dirty dishes in your hands when you open the dishwasher, this can have a disastrous ending. Just be sure to open the dishwasher before starting to load. Even with this one complaint, I still love it and would highly recommend.
