Simple and Excellent (AI? lol)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this dishwasher! It has simple, visible controls, no internet connection (yay!), generous rack space (the dish supports on our last dishwasher were so close together we could only use every other space), the filter is easy to remove for cleaning, it's quiet, does a great job washing the dishes, and has a light that stays on when the dishes are done! For us, this is the perfect dishwasher.
The description of this unit says it has "AI Intelligent Wash" I guess that is the cycle setting where it senses how dirty your dishes are but to call it AI might be a stretch. It defaults to that setting but it seemed to take a very long time to get going. Haven't used that yet, we keep setting it back to "Normal".
We previously had a Whirlpool for 20 years and when it died, we tried to get another one but the insulation blanket was so fluffy it wouldn't fit under our counter. So we had an LG for a short time that needed several repairs then a Samsung that lasted for two years (wasn't sorry that went since the dish supports were too close together and removing the filter for cleaning was tedious). The plus with the Samsung was that it had a thin, dense insulation blanket that we salvaged. When we tried the Whirlpool again it still had a fluffy insulation blanket so we swapped it out with the one from the Samsung. Works perfectly. This one may not last 20 years but we are genuinely happy to be back.

Great Upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this dishwasher for one week now almost every day. I didn’t realize how bad my old dishwasher was until I purchased this one. Really love the sleek look of the black stainless steel and the extra third row for random utensils. So far, we are really loving this dishwasher and the quality it brings to our life. The dishes come out, spotless and dry.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this installed just a couple of weeks ago and have washed several loads. The user panel is very easy to use, and so quiet as well. Even my plastic items are dry. Looks great in my new kitchen suite of appliances.

Seems to be a good product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Bough about 3 weeks ago and seems to be working great. Dishes come out clean. Quiet running. My only "complaint" which is really not a big deal as I run the dishwasher at night, is that it takes a very long time to run the cycle. I use the "normal" cycle which is 3 hours long. That setting is less time than the other settings. Seems crazy that it takes that long. But since I use the delay and run in the nighttime hours, not a big deal. Happy thus far.
