[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] unit looks good installed with trim kit. trim kit when properly mounted easily receives the oven. i'd say a bit above average DIY skills to self install. a helper to lift oven into place is greatly preferred to my own cobbling together objects to get it incrementally up into place.

Put the designers in their place.

Works great but settings are difficult.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. However it is difficult to use when you only need to run for less than 30 seconds. I have attempted to find a way to, as an example, set it for 10 seconds but have not been successful. I have had to use the 30 second button then stand there and stop it manually after 10 seconds. Very inconvenient, My prior Kitchen Aid microwave oven permitted you to put in any amount of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Whirlpool microwave. It looks very nice in my kitchen and the size will easily accommodate a large siz casserole. It also has all the cooking features I could possibly need. My only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I have not been able to master the controls. For example how do I microwave something for 2 minutes and 20 second? There is a 30 second button and speed press for 1,2 and 3 minutes but I cannot figure out the answer to my question
