Good oven, but with issues
This was included as part of an upgraded kitchen package in our new home.
The lack of any documentation is a serious issue. The interfaces are not intuitive, and if only the manual was available on line. The only thing that helps is download the app, and use for notifications, and on offf, etc.
Oven takes FOREVER to preheat, which makes cooking take much longer. Advice, turn it on before you start your prep. There is an option for quick preheat, but you have to remove all but one rack. Not helpful.
It looks pretty, aesthetically is a nice addition to the kitchen.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in the lack of written basic instructions on how to operate both the microwave and oven ie; how to turn on and off. Was directed to web site which was primarily advertising additional purchase of warranty and difficulty for me to seek information I wanted.

Hate this. Bought a house with this. No way to know if oven is on or off. No ding when oven is hot or timer. And combo means fewer timers to set when cooking in multiple appliances. Hate the interface. Not user friendly and unreachable for kids that like to help. 100% a downgrade from traditional appliances.

Horrible
I have had problems with this oven since we bought it. It seems (from a lay perspective) that any steam from the oven or microwave goes into the “brain” of the system and causes it to not work. We have had to reboot several times (e.g. once it was showing the number 3 over and over; once it was an hour glass). Now less than a year later it the reboot won’t work. Terrible product. Don’t buy!
