You Fixed It, Whirlpool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the look (and price!) of Model WFG320M0MW - and it's much easier to clean by lifting off the two-part grate on top. I submitted a less-than-5-Star review originally - because it came with two oven racks. So you have to remove one rack from the oven and put it underneath for broiling. This is pretty nonsensical for us because we frequently have both oven racks occupied. So I griped about it. I was pretty clear that providing customers with a third rack is NOT gonna break their profits. (Don't get me wrong: profits are GOOD. If a company doesn't make profits, they go out of business. Simple.) So yeah, I was pretty scathing.
Well, I was FLOORED when I received a third oven rack directly from Whirlpool. This is awesome. THANK YOU, whomever stepped up to do that.
Now... challenge for you. Push up to management to add a third freaking rack for all customers going forward. For this and other models suffering from the same dumb decision.

Great value for the price

Very nice stove
