The ovens heat quickly and seem to reach the right temperature. There are so many layers of control available I still have not tried all of them. The ones I use are good. The stove top is a nice design. It allows me to use small, medium and large pots effectively. It heats quite quickly (particularly on the three zone burner) and offers a good level of control (I still love gas cooking, but my neighborhood has no gas service). It was a good choice by my wife for me to cook on.
