[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my refrigerator almost 2 weeks and I am very pleased with my purchase. I replaced my previous side by side with another side by side. Even though they are both the same size, I find the Whirlpool seems to have more space both in the freezer and fridge side. The preset temp control settings are perfect. The icemaker provides abundant ice. At first I thought the compressor motor was running an awful lot, but after reading online as well as the owners' manual, it is running as it should. It is quiet too. The outward appearance of the stainless steel is really nice. I especially like the contemporary handles.

There was a small issue with the right side door hinge pin but as soon as we called customer service all was made right. Love the sleek lines and the ice bin is clear so you can see how much ice is there for parties etc. Very quiet running too.

I didn't want any unnecessary features like a smart panel or odd configurations of shelves, and this fridge delivers perfectly. The interior is just like any good fridge should be, I love having the two door set up instead of one over the other. The cool thing about the water dispenser panel is that it automatically counts how many ounces have been poured, along with all of the standard features like the light, choice of ice style, etc. It's a great fridge and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Made a BIG difference in kitchen space and look versus regular fridge previous home owners had in place. Only thing didn't like was "open-space" where two more shelves go in freezer and there were none for it? Even went to store next day after delivered because thought was missing. We were told that's the way it is.
