Sooo Open!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our prior refrigerator was deeper but this one seems to hold more? And everything is more visible and easy to get to. The pull out drawer for tall bottles and milk is great! And the 2 separate push tabs for water and ice is such a great idea! You don’t need your glasses to know which is water and which is ice!

Excellent fridge design!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this Whrilpool to replace an LG that kept breaking down. They are the same size outside, but the Whirlpool holds FAR more and is much more spacious inside. So far we love it.

Like my new Stainless Steel Whirlpool Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new Whirlpool refrigerator. I purchased the stainless steel color and I especially like the no fingerprint feature. The only thing I don't particularry like is the cold setting for the freezer which you can only up the temperature to 5 degrees. It hard freezes everything a bit too much for my liking. Overall, it is a really nice refrigerator.

Great feature on the pull out drawer for bottles.

We wish the owner’s booklet was more informative. We accidentally pressed the disperse button and couldn’t figure out how to get it off. Otherwise, happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it for a month but so far, so good. It's only 1 cubic foot bigger than my old frig which was a side by side double door but it seems so much bigger as I use the frig (vs freezer) part more frequently and no longer have to bend down to the floor to get thing out of the frig! And this is a new model and has a separate/higher slide out area for larger containers (milk cartons/wine bottles/etc.)

Excellent Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator overall so far. I love the ice/water features and the ice maker is so quiet when making ice. I also like the fact that the ice maker is built into the door and doesn’t take up unnecessary space in the refrigerator. It had a large deli drawer and a quick access drawer for water or soda. I have absolutely no complaints on this model so far and I did my research after this replaced my 21 yo Kenmore refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator!

Small and sweet

It has just enough space for everything we need for just the two of us and occasional visitors. The counter-depth is wonderful; gave us an extra 4" of space in the main kitchen area.

Good Looking, No Prints, Great Size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very attractive and adjustable refrigerator to accommodate many different sized things. The lighting is excellent with the see through shelves to find items. The finish on the exterior is superb and doesn’t show finger prints. I love the outside water and ice dispenser, the display tells how many ounces are dispensed which is excellent for precise measuring. It is very energy efficient also. I really like having the freezer on the bottom which has two drawers that easily slide out with nice compartments. This refrigerator isn’t as deep as our old one but accommodates everything just fine. This is a very nice counter depth refrigerator and I highly recommend it.

Love this refrigerator!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t say enough good things about this fridge! It has some removable shelves so you can customize the layout. The ice maker in the door is tucked away nicely and doesn’t take up a lot of space. The front water dispenser allows you set how many ounces of water it dispenses and then counts down as water is dispensed into your cup. The freezer is spacious and designed well. It even has a pizza compartment! Easy to set temperatures for fridge and freezer. Love this refrigerator!

Good storage space, magnetic freezer door!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my Whirlpool fridge. It has plenty of space for both the fridge and freezer sections, which makes it very convenient for storage. The freezer door has a magnetic seal that helps keep it closed securely. The only minor issue is that the left door makes a small noise when closing, but overall, everything works great and the performance has been excellent.

Great Unit with Fun Features, Small Design Drawbac
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Technically would give this 4.5/5 stars. Functionality is great! No issues with cooling at all. The ice dispenser is a bit awkward too access, but not a huge deal. I appreciate the multiple drawers and door shelves. I didn't think I would use the pull out jug drawer, but we use it all the time. I wish it had space for 2 milk jugs, but we make due. My biggest complaint is that to get into the left side drawers you have to open both doors. I wish they had designed so you only have to open the door on the side you need access to. Not a deal breaker, but something I wasn't aware of before buying. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend, as long as you're aware of the minor inconveniences.

Great Layout/Performance, But Materials Feel Cheap
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been happy overall with this refrigerator, but there are a few areas where it falls short.
The biggest disappointment is the quality of some of the interior components. The plastic shelves, bins, and trim pieces feel noticeably thinner and less durable than previous generations. Some parts are flexible to the point where they seem like they could crack or break if handled roughly.
That said, the refrigerator itself is very functional. The layout is excellent, making it easy to organize food and maximize the available space. The French door design is convenient, and everything is easy to access.
Another frustration is the user interface. Several functions require button combinations that aren't clearly labeled on the control panel. For example, after replacing the water filter, resetting the filter alert requires holding specific buttons, which isn't obvious without consulting the manual. Small things like that make the experience less intuitive than it should be.
Performance is strong overall. Cooling is consistent, the water and ice dispenser works well, and storage capacity is more than adequate for our needs. The doors feel a little lighter than expected, but they're still solid, and the stainless steel finish looks nice, although it does seem prone to scratching.
Noise levels are generally low, but the refrigerator does make occasional grumbling sounds, especially during ice production.
Overall, it's a good refrigerator with excellent space, cooling performance, and organization. I just wish the interior materials felt more robust and the controls were more user-friendly.

Solid Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent refrigerator. Good capacity. Freezer is less so with various sliding drawers needing to be carefully packed to avoid obstructions. Very quiet compared to previous refrigerators (the only sound is ice falling into container every once in a while. I was surprised at how much we could fit into the refrigerator (with part of one door sacrificing shelves for the ice maker. One improvement would be to make slide out drawers more narrow so that both doors do NOT have to be open to slide the drawers out. We like the on-line capability though of course we do not really use the temp online adjustments. The most useful will be the notification of a partially open door if, God forbid, that ever happens. Ice dispensing is clean and quick although we did buy an insert to absorb any water spillage in the tray in the door (probably should be included as spillage would otherwise be a weakness). No evidence of hotspots in fridge or freezer regardless of how long we keep the doors open to take out or put in food.

Very nice fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fridge! It seems to hold everything and you can rearrange the shelves easily for those oversized items. It stays super cold too. I like the side door with the drink storage area, it’s right by the ice machine so it’s very cold. I do wish the ice machine held more ice. The water machine is so cool, it tells you the ounces as you pour. The doors can be kind of tricky sometimes to close and you have to make sure it’s shut, same goes with the freezer door. We overall love this fridge and we use the app it came with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All works great except ice maker shoot is defective. Repair came out and model is so new the part is going to take time to be replaced. In the meantime we don’t use the ice maker in the doo. It makes ice and we dump it in the bottom freezer or it will clog and shoot everywhere when dislodging it.

Great size
