[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay. This refrigerator replaced a 22 year old Kenmore. We purchased this refrigerator about 1 month ago. Pros: Design: Sleek. Refrigerator: Plenty of space on doors and interior. Still trying to work out our space needs with adjustable shelf design. Handy 3rd drawer in refrigerator section is nice. Interior lighting is bright without being overwhelming. Freezer: Has ample space for storage. Again, still trying to work out our space needs with the adjustable shelving. The 2 pull out freezer drawers are very convenient for compartmentalizing. Cons: Door ice maker and the ice bucket needs a redesign. Ice constantly clumps. Bucket isn't the easiest to remove and noisy and hangs up when returning to door. A noisy endeavor . After 1 week the Fast Ice option froze up the ice maker and didn't produce anything for 48 hours. Finessing solved that after much cursing. Ice option on door dispenser spits out bits and pieces when dispensing cubes. Flow thru air filter, not water filter, was missing when it was delivered. A simple phone call to Whirlpool rectified that. Received a filter through the mail. Still worthy of a 5 star rating. Hope that doesn't change.

The only thing I didn’t like was if you don’t want to put your milk in the door shelf, you’d have to put it on top shelf. That’s too high up for me to be lifting a full gallon of milk (8 pounds is a full gallon). So I took the drawer for cheese out (left the shelf) and bought a clear long 4” wide bin for cheese. Worked out great! The freezer space is very large and ice and water outside door my husband loves! Well worth the extra money going up one size*****

Otherwise, no issues to date, just happy to be away from previous LG fridge that had constant issues from purchase until replacement ~6 years later and was part of class action suit.

So that needs to be done w/o any instructions. My son and I are engineers so we'll figure it out but it should have been better documented.
Refrig has clear vision at all levels due to shelving design. Seems quite a bit larger due to better use of space then our previous model from 18 years ago. Very happy overall.

The narrow shelves were of a concern at first, but it's got plenty of room and did not cause any issue once I got used to them. Both the freezer and refrigerator are great at keeping things at the set temperature, and the icemaker and water filters are refreshing and a great bonus from our old fridge. My only small complaint is that it can be awkward to move the shelves and drawers around, and to remove them for deeper cleaning. Other that that would totally buy again!
