[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A week later and it still works! I'm happy about the location of the ice maker. I absolutely love the water dispenser inside the freg. There's way more room inside than my last freg. So far, so good. It's working and it's cold.

Roomy fridge

The ice cube scoop is a nice touch and it makes great cube shaped ice. Water inside the door is easy with a push button for your cup. Very pleased with this purchase

Love the space, smart storage & overall look!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received the Whirlpool 36" French Door Refrigerator (31 cu. ft.) , and I’m genuinely impressed. The interior water dispenser was a surprise hit — it keeps the outside sleek and clean while still being super convenient to use.
The ice maker is a game changer for a busy household — and the in-door ice storage frees up a ton of shelf space inside. I also love the “pint-size” storage drawer — it’s perfect for yogurt cups, juice boxes, or small snacks my daughter can easily grab.
The Total Coverage Cooling really keeps things consistent. No weird warm spots in the back or frozen lettuce in the drawers.
Overall, it’s a solid, spacious fridge that looks great in our kitchen and works even better. Highly recommend if you want lots of room without sacrificing style or function.

I love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (I received this item free in exchange for an honest review) I am already familiar with Whirlpool brand. My old fridge is the same height but different capacity (I added a photo for references of my old Whirlpool-the black one ) pictures were taken while the water line it was being connected in the back by the nice movers/installers.
ABOUT THE FRIDGE ITSELF: it’s SOOOOOOO spacious! I love that it has an area for those akward pizza boxes! There is a deli area to thaw out things, super cooking area, and double drawer in the bottom which is common for this style of fridge but it’s new to me and I love that! Also a fun fact I learned while filling it up it makes a VERY faint beeping noise when the freezer has been opened to long to remind you to close it and I really like that! My brother has 5 kids and they’ve often left the doors open on the fridge when they visit. So that’s a good thing for me and them lol it’s very quiet while it sits and it’s energy efficient so it’ll help me save $$ in the long run which I appreciate. As always, I’m a lifelong customer of the brand because the quality of the products they create are made to last.

Elegant and built to last.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is one of the nicest I’ve owned. It is so smooth and easy to open. You can hear it seal real nicely. The spaciousness inside is phenomenal and I love how easy it is to clean. The shelves are a sturdy glass and you can really feel they are quality. I love how easy it is to replace the water filter. It’s accessible and not in a hard to reach area. Another ease of use option is it’s on wheels. So you can easily move the fridge when cleaning. I love the brushed steel, it’s very easy to clean and has a beautiful sheen to it. The ice maker is extremely quiet, I actually thought it wasn’t working then went to get ice and it was full! The temperature control is on the side of the door and is well lit and easy to change. You can also lock it so the temperature doesn’t get changed by accident. It is also very energy efficient which I really appreciate! If you’re looking for a full size fridge that is elegant yet built to last this is your fridge!

A great investment for the family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, I would like to mention this is my first time owning a French Door Refrigerator and I am overly pleased with Whirlpool! It is such a huge refrigerator with so many storage I cannot wait to fully stock it out, I kinda started right after delivery haha. The noise level is next to none and the temperature control is amazing, the freezer gets anything frozen solid in no time. This is the perfect refrigerator for my huge family and everyone loves the built in ice maker and water dispenser. It’s designed so well as it adds a sleek touch to the kitchen.

Lots of storage and great temperature control

It’s super spacious — I can fit all our groceries, even after a big shopping trip. The interior water dispenser is really convenient and keeps the front design clean. It runs very quietly, and the shelves are easy to adjust. Only downside is the fingerprint-prone stainless steel, but that’s easy to wipe. Overall, a solid and stylish choice for a family.

But it’s very small and it got broken in first five days, but the fridge I got from whirlpool is same size but it’s so spacious, it’s huge and good depth ample of space to put all the groceries. So many strove drawers. The inside water filter and dispenser is so good. I like the neat look outside the fridge. All plain and easy to clean. The ice maker is so good. I love love love the fridge. I am so happy that I choose this for my house.

The large capacity is a total game-changer—we finally have space for everything! I love that the compartments are labeled (because yes, I need that kind of help), and the door shelves? We love that this is an American made brand that stands behind their product for warranty matters. It is a beautiful stainless steel refrigerator with the french style doors and pull out freezer door. The water dispenser is located on the inside panel of the left door panel and has a digital display on the inside of the door. This allows you too control the temperature settings for the fridge and freezer. There is so much space that it is perfect for a growing family. We were able to put everything from our original fridge into this one with plenty of room to add our drinks and other items that really did not fit our old fridge. You open the freezer, and it is one door but it offers two drawers inside so that you can organize and neatly have everything accessible to you with out everything being cluttered. If you are looking for a modern, spacious refrigerator, this is it.

Great, but slow ice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace a 4-yr old Whirlpool fridge and picked this one. Love the extra room! Old fridge had the ice maker in the upper left part of the fridge, taking up lots of space. It was 25 ft³. The new one is over 31 ft³ and all that extra space is incredible. We also love the drawers inside and the spacious shelves in the doors. The only reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5 is that the ice maker is slow. They rate it at 3 pounds of ice per day and my wife can go through that by midday! Otherwise a great fridge.

Great so far.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator a month and so far so good. Doors and overall quality good. This is the bigger model and I am glad we got it, lots more functional space and don't have to take everything out of the fridge to get to the jar in the back. This one actually sits level compared to my old frig that was not a Whirlpool and only lasted 1.5 years, that one was bought brand new and never sat level. We will see how this one last, I'm hoping for 10 years, tbd. Makes great hard cold ice, but my only complaint is that it is slow to make ice.

Good refrigerator--bad ice maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this since 5/7/25 so not really long enough to comment on reliability. So far, I have given a 4 star since it cools and freezes as expected. Five stars if the ice maker was any good. I bought the model with the ice maker in the freezer drawer hoping it would work better than the in the door models. I use a lot of ice so I was hoping this would make a lot quickly. Unfortunately, it does neither. The book evens says it may take three days to fill the bin, but you don't get to read the manual in the store. It did take the three days, but it never really fills the bin. As I result, I will still have to use my countertop ice maker. Slowest ice maker I have ever seen. Whirlpool dropped the ball on this model of ice maker.

Great features poor customer service

One of the wires was broken and it was unable to be fixed because the parts are unavailable because they’re using the parts. And they couldn’t tell us when it would be available so we had to return it

Terrible Ice Maker!

The repairman had to order the part which is back ordered so our ice maker hasn’t worked cor going on a month. When the ice maker was working it produced small cubes and would not fill up the bin unless you keep the ice scraped to the front of the bin. Very poor design in my opinion.
