Love the Product, Pay Attention during Instalation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer works excellently! Be careful when it's delivered, however, as there are plastic spacers between the lid and the chest that protect the rubber gasket in transit. We had no idea those needed to be removed once the freezer was installed, which resulted in extra energy costs for a couple months until we figured out the problem.

Awesome Versatility
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been waiting for this item to come back in stock and when it did I ordered it almost right away and I have not been disappointed. So far I have only kept it in freezer mode for meat and holiday cookies but I’m excited to try it in refrigerator mode this summer to keep all of my garden produce fresh before I use or can my berries and veggies.

BIGGER& BETTER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is much to like about this freezer, the adjustable temperature, the red and green visible lights to show the unit is powered and at temperature, the illumination on the lid to provide interior light and the multi-level storage bins to arrange food items. The lid is counterbalanced to stay in position when open and the size is really ideal for our use. The storage bins are metal, but the clips that hold the basket in position are plastic. Our unit is 2 weeks old, so I have no opinion on the reliability of the unit over time. The delivery and removal of our old unit was efficient and the crew was respectful. We are happy with the purchase that fit our needs.

Nice Freezer except for the wheel/rollers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, I like the basket positioning and that it could be used as a refrigerator. The only thing I find at this point that could be better is the rollers. All are non swivel wheals and are very small. Only good to pull straight out or push straight in against a wall. No maneuverability.

Exactly what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Whirlpool freezer about 3 weeks ago, I have it in my garage and I love it. I ordered a whole hog and a half of cow. The hog is in the freezer and when the cow arrives it will go in the freezer as well. Plenty of room the interior light is a nice feature. Overall, I love this product.

It also has settings that allow adjusting to refrigerator temperatures which is nice in case there’s a problem with the refrigerator.

Has the ease of an upright freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having two upright freezers and thinking that I had to buy them for the ease of finding things, I changed my mind after both always had trouble with the defrost mode working right and the water would collect on the bottom and freeze the bottom basket in and then leak water out the front. So while checking out chest freezers, I found this one that has three baskets that can be moved around. Love it so far Let's see how it does in the long haul.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer itself appears to be well made. The baskets are nearly worthless as they will not carry any weight. A stronger basket and more of them would make organizing the freezer much more user friendly. I would pay more for the ability to organize things. Baskets on the bottom, a center section and a top row would separate you from your competition. Otherwise the freezer works great

Working great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was hard letting go of our old Montgomery Wards chest freezer, which has been working like a champ for over 45 years, but the lid lining was breaking, and I'm sure it was an energy hog. We got this new Whirlpool freezer and so far it's great. I liked that it's low temperature was lower than most, and when I checked it about three days after moving our frozen food into it, it was at -14.
