Jenn-Air JES1750ML 30'' Electric Downdraft Range
I have tried to get the Jenn-Air stove installation finished. The project seems to never end and I am at an im-pass as to what I should. I have done everything financially possible to get the finished look of installing my new stove.
My last attempt as seen an additional expense of $100.00 for trim package and an additional $75.00 installation charge. Please note the installation was done incorrectly and when a second team was brought into correct the issue, I was left with a less than proper fit of the trim.
No one has reached out to follow up on this latest job.
I find that the Salesperson, David Schneider had not followed through to see that PC Richards saw to the satisfaction of its patron.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN APPLIANCE, SINCE IT HAS BEEN A FULL YEAR SINCE I BEGAN MY PURCHASE. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF I WERE YOUR RELATIVE?

glue on strips to hold these don't hold. The rear strip has nothing to attached itself to.

Range trim kit
Very disappointed with the range trim kit. We have had four different kits and none were the correct size. The installer from the appliance store have taken pictures and measurements and sent them to KitchenAid but to no avail. Our range is not a custom appliance. You would expect the trim kit would fit.

impossible to return when didn't fit
Purchased this item. Item itself is fine but did not fit well with our counter. Still trying to get required return authorization. Multiple calls and promises but still waiting on an email.

Poor Design
Love the kitchenaid downraft range. Hate the ill fitting and poorly engineered trim kit. Sales staff assured me trim would be seamless, it is anything but. Kit has 90% corners, range has rounded corner. This makes for 1/4 gaps at the rear. This along with fact back of range is not straight ( more gaps) and side bits are cut too short. Had I known all this, ..I would have never purchased this range. I never post reviews of any sort, but this is so terrible.

Side in trim kit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this about 2 months ago and had it installed at time of delivery of my new jeanair range. They make the range and counter top look bad. Terrible design. See pictures
