Great product
I bought this last month after trying "generic" brands only to return them. This trim kit fit so perfectly and makes the kitchen look so good. And the price was so much cheaper than those generic brands. Thank you Whirlpool!

Cheap Quality
The trim kit is plastic. I’m so angry that I didn’t cancel this install. I paid too much for this cheap quality material.

Poor design
Worst microwave , I have ever own.. Clean button, you can't wipe buttons.. It shorts out.. It falls off spinner.. in middle of cooking..
