Window Air Conditioner Delivery & Installation

• Bring the window air conditioner into your home and place it in the proper room within its box
• If purchased, we'll haul away your old air conditioner if disconnected and outside of the window

• Remove old air conditioner from window
• Bring the new air conditioner into your home
• Install it and secure it in an existing wood or steel frame window up to the maximum width of the manufacturer-provided hardware
• Brackets will be installed if provided by the manufacturer or by you
• If purchased, we'll haul away your old air conditioner

If you're replacing an existing air conditioner, please note that we're not responsible for any aesthetic differences due to changes in the air conditioner's dimensions.

Unfortunately we cannot do any of the following:

• Replace sub-standard electric
• Place the air conditioner in the top half of a double-hung window

• An existing wood or steel frame window
• An existing code-compliant outlet next to your air conditioner's chosen spot (Most air conditioners fit in a standard 115V/15 amp or 220V outlet, but double check your particular model)

• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
• Make sure there's a clear path between your front door and your air conditioner's spot.

• Your air conditioner will be delivered curbside at your home with no installation or in-home placement.
• Kindly note that this is the only option for delivery addresses outside of the P.C. Richard & Son local area.
• Unfortunately haul-away is not an option for freight deliveries.

• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 (19 in Nebraska or Alabama) must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
• It's a good idea to make sure at least one more person is around to help carry your air conditioner into your home.
