Wolf 30" X 20" Riser
Acts like a backsplash, preventing food spatters on wall tile, exposed brick and other surfaces behind the range, and creates a thermal barrier for combustible surfaces. Also elevates oven exhaust higher up the back wall to the ventilation hood. Shelf has a usable depth of approximately 8.5", and will support up to 30 lbs. Keeps food warm if paired with 27" deep hood with heat lamps.
