I really like it but…
Bought this for my kitchen remodel. I really like the microwave & it goes well on our new island. The downside is the open & close buttons have worn out already and have deep gauges in them. This happened the first week it was installed. We are an adult household with no kids, so it’s not from abuse of the product. I know this is cosmetic but it really disappoints me, especially for the price paid for this modem feature.

Good but lacks a major standard feature
I really don’t understand why there is no function or option to reheat a plate of food and have it use a sensor to automatically figure out how long it should operate. All basics models of microwave seem to have this!

Terrible Product
I have had this product for a year, and it's been nothing but problems. Shortly after it was installed, all the lights on the front panel went out. The panel was replaced and then the door wouldn't open properly. More parts were replaced, and now the door opens correctly more frequently, but it still has problems. A few days ago, the time reset itself and today the front panel went out again. In my opinion, this product is complete garbage, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
