If you are using a farm sink it will just fit leaving very little room for anything else under the sink.

Works well but the plunger!...
First off, PC Richards sold us this batch garbage disposal when I expressly asked for a continuous feed model so I have to replace it. But I wasn’t aware that it was the wrong model til after plumber installed it. I have to use it until the new one is installed. It works well but the plunger isn’t easy to use. You have to turn it just right to make it start. I have to try multiple times before it starts. Also the handle on the plunger hurts. The edges are sharp. I can’t wait to get my replacement!
