Terrific Grill
Terrific Grill. I had this grill installed in a new outdoor kitchen island a couple of months ago. The quality of the grill is excellent and it has many high end features. The main grill has 3 separate zones, one of which is a ceramic sear station, which heats up quickly and is perfect for searing steaks. The other 2 zones have standard but powerful 22,000 btu burners, which sit below ceramic briquettes which help heat items evenly and without flair ups. The grates are relatively heavy (could be a bit heavier), and appear to be of excellent quality. There are a number of well thought out design features. While the grill is relatively pricey, it is competitive with other grills in its category, some of which offer less features. The only issue I have is with the cover. I waited for months to get it on back order, but it does not fit properly. If your grill is tightly installed in your outdoor Kitchen stone base, the elastic bottom of the cover will have nothing to grab on to. Customer service had no solution, other than to say that the grill should have been installed with more space around it. But, that would have resulted gaps between the grill and the stone sides, which could allow rain water to leak inside the base of the kitchen island.

Great service for great grill
Had a few small issues and when you get a response to email contact within hours and often from the CEO….that tells me there is a true culture of service at XO. And they deliver on that culture!

My forever grill
From the start the process was great Purchased from PC Richard and Son the grill was delivered on time and undamaged. The assembly was easy. Instructions were simple to follow. Still learning the grill but so far the results have been fantastic. If you enjoy quality food, you need quality tools. I shopped for 2 years, watched countless videos and happy with my decision. XO is my forever grill.
