Insulation=efficiency
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I doubt your average customer had the same goals as I did when I came looking for a new electric kettle. I am tired of fancy kettles that heat quickly and cool down just as fast. Not to mention the factor of planned obsolescence. I just wanted and insulated kettle that would last longer than a year or two. I knew this kettle was much fancier than I wanted, but I have grown to absolutely love it. I drink yerba mate every morning and love the large capacity. I love that I don't have to heat it to boiling, I love that it stays warm in the pot, and I love that my coffee drinking partner can also share the pot without having to refill it. I don't have kids, so I thought the baby formula feature was useless until I realized that I may never kill my yeast again with water that is too hot when I am attempting to make bread. I never thought I would have a relationship with a hot water pot, but it's like we are almost having a conversation. Love it.

Aesthetic AF, but we'll see if it lasts

We noticed the other day, though, that there is some rusting or discoloration around the temperature sensor as some other reviewers have mentioned. Haven't noticed it affecting performance, though. We splurged on this one with the hopes that this would last us many years to come. We're very happy with how it looks in our small kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this kettle! I use it daily to make matcha and regular tea with bags and it heats quickly which is fantastic. The stay warm feature is my clutch for refills and probably my favorite aspect of this kettle. I gave it 4 stars because sometime the on switch is slow to respond which makes me nervous but so far it’s just a matter of holding it for longer to get it to cut on.
