Great upgrade
This is a fine toaster. Some reviews complain about its size, but I find it to be slim and sleek and its extra height allows bread to actually fit in the slots without sticking out. The toaster is easy to use, though I agree that the buttons are hard to see unless the machine is right in front of you. Most importantly, it toasts reliably and as even as one would expect for the price point. I also love the separately sold bread warmer for the top. I don't have a toaster oven due to counter space constraints, so this really gives me additional function without taking up more space.

Awesome toaster.
Great toaster to go along with my Zwilling coffee grinder. Works well for different sized pieces of bread, bagels and English muffins.

Looks good, performs well.
It's a handsome toaster, which, frankly, was the deciding factor for the buyer in this household. The bonus: it works very well. No too-crispy bagels. Nice lift-up feature that's easy on the fingers. The whole mechanism is quiet. The dial has a nice feel to it. Quality materials. At this price point, a count-down display would be nice. Overall, we're happy.

Zwilling Toaster 2-slice
I recently purchased a new bread toaster, and I must say, it has been a great addition in my kitchen!
Firstly, great look. Second it's incredibly easy to use. Just pop in your slices of bread, choose your desired browning level with the adjustable knob, and press the lever down. No complicated settings or confusing buttons.
The toasting results are consistent. I've never had any issues with uneven toasting or burnt edges.
Cleaning is a breeze too. The crumb tray at the bottom slides out effortlessly, making it simple to dispose of any crumbs and keep the toaster tidy.
One of the standout features for me is the great slots width.
Lastly, I chose the black colour design that matches my other kitchen appliances.
I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient toaster.

Works great!

The defrost is awesome and does all my gluten-free bread within a matter of minutes. It works much better an oven or toaster oven.

Simple & Easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a few bread slices to get our desired toasting level 2-3 in the control dial, much stronger than our previous unit. Other than that, this toaster is simple and easy to use. Cleaning it is much enjoyable as the crumb tray slides out very smoothly and don't have to worry lining it up back carefully unlike our previous toaster.

Finally a good looking toaster fast and reliable
