Love it!
7 months with our machine and we love it! Just contacted customer service due to our carafe suddenly cracking and they’re sending a free replacement! So relieved!
The warming plate not staying on long was a downfall, but we worked around that by adding hot coffee to an insulated coffee cup so it stays hot for whoever wakes up later. I can now enjoy my coffee hours later without re-warming.

Looks great and works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few years ago we purchased a Zwilling kettle and are still very happy with it so last week we decided to splurge on the matching coffee maker. Instead of buying paper cone filters we purchased the reusable filter basket, which would have been nice if it came with the coffee maker. It’s taken a little trial and error to get the amount of water and coffee grounds balanced but we can taste the difference - with the blooming and brewing temperature to optimize flavour.

Excellent Choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've spent a long time looking for a well designed, affordable, and durable coffee maker. I finally decided on this Enfinigy and I couldn't be happier. Robust design, easy controls, and what a superb cup of coffee! The taste was astonishingly flavourful, and the temperature is perfect for sipping. I was initially concerned about the hot plate only staying on for 30 minutes, but the temperature is well kept and there's enough time to fill the thermos after a cup. I only hope the coffee maker will last a while. Highly recommend thus far.

Great coffee and compact size; timer issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the coffee taste and compact size. Purchased to match our other 2 Zwilling products as they have been outstanding. We had to improvise to fill the water as our kitchen cabinets are low. Just bought a measuring cup with a long spout and tilt to fill the water reservoir. We had a problem with the timer not going off and contacted Zwilling. After a few conversations we were able to return and they sent a new coffee maker within a week. Great customer service!

minutes, but now that we’re using the coffee pot we have found that 30 minutes is sufficient. The coffee tastes great and the coffee maker looks beautiful on the counter.

The test is about good taste

Adjustment for hard water is hard to test, but seems like a great idea. Looks are top notch, great design and gives countertop a modern look. Great taste - I hope this maker keeps making great coffee for a long time as this is the most expensive coffee maker I've ever owned, but so far, all is great.
