• Next Day Shipping is available in the local P.C. Richard & Son Delivery Area on all in-stock TVs and major appliances when ordered before 5pm, except as noted below.
• New York and New Jersey – P.C. Richard & Son delivery service is not available on Monday.
• Connecticut - P.C. Richard & Son delivery service is not available on Wednesday or Sunday.

• $49.80 Flat Rate includes delivery, unpacking, and basic setup. Each additional appliance will be charged $14 for delivery. Please call (877) 727-1909 for additional installation options. Manhattan deliveries will incur a $10 surcharge.

• $49 White Glove Delivery (except Manhattan) – includes delivery, uncrate, inspect and test TV; assembly of TV onto the manufacturers’ supplied pedestal; and connecting TV to 1 existing video source and power outlet. (Manhattan - $10 surcharge). Please contact customer service after you place your order if you wish to include white glove delivery.

Recycling Program
• P.C. Richard & Son offers a recycling program in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut & Pennsylvania for customer purchasing a replacement appliance from P.C. Richard & Son. The replaced appliances are sent to a licensed third part recycling company who ensures that the products will be recycled in accordance with all applicable laws.

• Free shipping is available for most TV's. Any Haier, Hitachi, JVC, Phillips and Proscan TV 43" and up is subject to a $75 flat rate shipping fee. (Curbside delivery)

• $99 Curbside Delivery – product is delivered to the edge of driveway.
While we take all possible measures to ensure that your order leaves our warehouse in superior condition, damages may occur to items during transit. It is extremely important that you open and inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival from Pilot Air, our freight shipping partner for orders outside of our delivery area. Damages must be reported to them within 3 business days of your delivery for them to honor and investigate the claim. You can begin the damage claim process here. Please allow 15 calendar days after your claim for the investigation to be completed.
In-Store Pick Up:
Choose our In-Store Pickup option when adding a product to your shopping cart or during the checkout process. During checkout you will be prompted to select a primary showroom location followed up by up to 5 more secondary showrooms based on the zip code you have entered.

Please Note:

For your security, the person picking up an order in store must be the person named on the purchasing credit card. Only the cardholder or an authorized user on the credit card account may pick up items in store. An authorized cardholder is a cardholder with the same account number as the credit card used for the purchase and has the same last name as the cardholder.

The following is required for all In-Store Pickups:

1. A state issued photo ID or driver's license in the name of the purchaser.
2. The credit card used for the purchase.
3. Your e-mail confirmation or order number.

The dollar amount of your order will be withheld from your available credit card balance until the order has been completed.
