Don’t be fooled by "free" delivery gimmicks! When it comes to delivering in NY, NJ, CT and Eastern PA, leave it to us- the best in the business- to bring your purchase into your home, not to your curb. We will also take away and recycle your old appliance and all the cardboard and packaging from the new one… all at no additional cost to you!
$49 Flat Rate includes delivery, unpacking, and basic setup. Each additional appliance will be charged $14 for delivery. Please call (877) 727-1909 for additional installation options. Manhattan deliveries will incur a $10 surcharge.

$49 Flat Rate shipping per item on major appliances.
Consumer Electronics (Outside of NY / NJ / PA / CT Area)
There may be different delivery options depending on merchandise category.
Standard Delivery: 2 Person Delivery, merchandise brought into residence.
White Glove Delivery: 2 person delivery. Merchandise is uncrated and put into place.

P.C. Richard & Son provides several delivery options. For appliances and other major items within the NY, NJ. PA & CT area, P.C. Richard & Son will deliver your order via our own fleet of delivery trucks. At the time of delivery, your purchase will be uncrated and set in place. NY, NJ, PA and CT In-Store pickup
A selection of items are available for pickup in any of our 66 NY, NJ, PA & CT area showrooms.
Choose our In-Store Pickup option when adding a product to your shopping cart or during the checkout process to arrange pickup. During checkout you will be prompted to select a primary showroom location followed up by up to 5 more secondary showrooms based on the zip code you have entered.
For your security, the person picking up an order in store must be the person named on the purchasing credit card. Only the cardholder or an authorized user on the credit card account may pick up items in store. An authorized cardholder is a cardholder with the same account number as the credit card used for the purchase and has the same last name as the cardholder.
The following is required for all In-Store Pickups:
1. A state issued photo ID or driver's license in the name of the purchaser.
2. The credit card used for the purchase.
3. Your e-mail confirmation or order number.
The dollar amount of your order will be withheld from your available credit card balance until the order has been completed.
NOTE: Do not go to the store to pick up the items until you receive a "Merchandise Ready" e-mail from us.
