We offer four shipping options to get your new items moving at the speed you need: Parcel, freight, same day delivery and P.C. Richard Truck delivery.

Free Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on orders $49 and up*! Get free shipping and delivery on orders $49 and up. * Excludes select appliances, select televisions, select mattresses, select barbeque grills, video game consoles, items displaying “in-store only” messaging, and all other items not qualified for parcel shipping or P.C. Richard Truck Delivery. Manhattan deliveries will be charged a fee of $29.97.Gift cards, excluded products, and taxes do not count toward the $49 order total. If a coupon lowers the total purchase price to less than $49, you will be charged for all shipping costs. Please be advised that any orders that qualify for free shipping will not include free haul away service. Please contact customer service for our TV, electronics, and appliance installation, as well as our TV and appliance haul away options.

Same Day Delivery

Same-day delivery service is available for select products and zip codes based on product and service availability. Place your order at least six hours prior to your local store’s closing time and it will be delivered by 9PM via Select Express Same Day Service. Signature required to accept delivery. Installations and setup are not available. Additional charge will apply.

Next Day Delivery

Next-day delivery is available in the P.C. Richard & Son Delivery area for select in-stock products including, major appliances, TVs, mattresses and more. Delivery days and availability vary by region. Delivery availability can be found at check-out or by speaking to one of our sales counselors.

Free In-Home delivery includes unpacking, and placement in the room of your choice. Our Contactless Doorstep delivery includes unpacking of appliances and placing them on your doorstep, in an open garage, or on the curb in front of apartment buildings. Major appliances that are delivered directly from the manufacturer are shipped via 3rd party vendor and are available with free residential curbside delivery. Inside delivery and/or installation services are not available. Manhattan deliveries will be charged $29.97

Someone over the age of 18 must be home to sign.

Free freight Delivery. Fitness products ship direct from the manufacturer. Delivery can take 10-14 business days. Large or oversized items will be delivered by common carrier. Your item(s) will be delivered to the first dry interior area available, inside your front door or garage. Delivery does not include set-up or assembly of items, or removal of packaging materials. Carrier will call or email to set up a delivery appointment. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.

A signature is required for all deliveries.

Shipping Outside the P.C. Richard & Son Local Delivery Area

We ship within the contiguous United States. While we take all possible measures to ensure that your order leaves our warehouse in superior condition, damages may occur to items during transit. It is extremely important that you open and inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival from Pilot Air, our freight shipping partner for orders outside of our delivery area. Damages must be reported to them within three business days of delivery in order for your claim to be honored and investigated. You can begin the damage claim process here.

Free parcel delivery is available for select furniture pieces. Some furniture will ship direct from the supplier. Allow 7-10 days from delivery.

Freight deliveries are $99 and include curbside service where the package is delivered at the end of the driveway.

Select furniture is delivered via parcel service. As such, they are subject to standard parcel rates and service options.

White Glove Assembly is available on select Proform branded fitness equipment. A pro will have the right tools and experience to assemble the equipment as quickly and safely as possible. Once you have an accurate delivery date for your equipment, please call ICON Health & Fitness at 888-308-9616 to make an assembly appointment. Applicable charge for white glove assembly: $169 for assembly of 1 piece of fitness equipment per product instructions. Typical assembly time is 1-2 hours. Moving equipment to room is not included.
