We Tried the HP Sprocket Photo Printer & Loved It!
Do you love taking selfies? The HP Sprocket is a photo printer you can use on the go, and it's small enough to fit in your jacket pocket. You can print peel-and-stick photos from your phone after personalizing them with cool filters, text, and frames. Everyone wants an HP Sprocket, so we decided to try it out to see what it's all about... and we LOVE it!
Setup is quick & easy
First, we installed the HP Sprocket Photo Printer app, available through Google Play and iOS App Store. The app is supported by Android 4.4 and above and iPhone iOS 8.0 and above. You can pair your device and printer through the Sprocket app. The printer works off Bluetooth, so no wires are needed.
Have fun & be creative
When you click on the app, you'll see the option to take or select a photo. You can edit, print, or share your photo from the image preview screen. You can add colorful frames or funky filters. There's also lots of fun stickers to add like seasonal ones, accessories, and accent designs. Add sunglasses to your dog, put silly hats on your friends, and more... use your imagination! You can make them extra personalized by adding text. It's a digital scrapbooking experience, only you can edit them in case you want a redo.
Printing is quick & simple
You can print your photos directly from your phone or social media accounts like Facebook or Instagram, which makes outings with friends and family extra fun. Loading the paper is easy. All you need to do is lift the back of the printer and place in a new pack of HP ZINK Sticky-Backed Photo Paper. Printing is quick and simple, and you can watch each photo come out in seconds. They're clear, vibrant images as small as a business card, only 2"x3". The best part is you don't need to wait for them to dry! Plus, there's no need to buy replacement ink cartridges... this printer is ink-less! It can print up to 30 pages on a full charge.
Capture memories & show off your pics!
There's so many different things you can do with your photos like put them in a locker, use them on reports or binders, add them to a scrapbook, create photo collages, decorate your bedroom, put them in your wallet, jazz up your work space, and more. You can even set up a DIY photo booth at your next gathering, or bring it on a family vacation to capture great memories. Have a birthday or high school graduation coming up? The HP Sprocket makes a great gift!
