Very good noise control and good clean clothes.

However, I have purchased several Amana products before and they have never failed me. So I decided to tell you that I am also very satisfied with this purchase and If I am still around if and when this one needs replacing, I will purchase another Amana.

Gets clothes clean. The spin cycle removes almost all the water from clothes, even denim so the dryer will run shorter cycles.

Good basic washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this basic washing machine. The capacity is great, and I like that it has a sensor to determine the water levels so I don't have to guess.
I wish that the user manual had more information about the different cycles so I can pick the best one.
It would be nice if there were a way to quickly unlock the lid after the cycle starts for those times when you find one more item you want to toss in a few minutes after you hit the start button.
Otherwise it is a good value for the price and it meets our needs well.
