this fridge is so amazing!!! My Queen and EY3 bought the floor model (last one) so that says something if it’s flying off the shelves…. it keeps food very cold on 5 (-half power) and has good lighting.

Avanti 22 in. 7.3 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator
My new Avanti top freezer fridge keeps fridge things cold, keep frozen food frozen and holds much more than you would expect from. an apartment-sized refrigerator.
For some reason, it 'sweats' down the inside back wall, an unwanted feature.
And a problem with the accompanying paperwork: there does not seem to be a guarantee with this product. I did not purchase 'additional' insurance,but expected some minimal guarantee.

Avanti 22" refrigerator
I like the product due to its size and capacity. It provides adequate cooling and temperature guage can be adjusted. My only dissatisfaction is that it is not self-defrosting, a feature I forgot to ask about at the time of purchase.

Don’t expect more than five years
Not a fan of these smaller fridges but they are the size I need. The previous two lasted 5 and two months. Both of them. Exactly. So two years out of my extended. warranty so at least they are consistent. But they worked fine until they didn’t. On both units the freezer was fine. Just bought my third one and got the longer warranty this time.

The Great Avanti Fridge Freezer Disaster
I bought an Avanti apartment fridge freezer as a replacement for our second, down stairs fridge. My fault, didn't do enough research, bought based on price and size. The unit had to fit in a tight spot. This unit is not frost free, one temp control, nor has a fan to help keep ice/water build up down.
I had problems from day 1. I followed the instructions, set temp to 7 from 24-48 hours.
The problems were with the ice build up and water and ice in the fridge. I noticed an issue with the seals around the freezer, used my fingers to separate and flex the seals out a bit. Didn't work, now ice build up starting to build up around the out side of the freezer. I started testing the with various temp settings, no good. Finally the repair guy came yesterday.
He said this a cheap unit, he claims there are nothing wrong with the seals. He said the unit is working despite all the ice in the freezer and water and ice in the fridge. He said the unit is really very poor quality, a piece of junk, and there is nothing he could or was going to do, then left. So there it is I'm stuck with this, no options. Ok, there it is, do your research, which I failed to do. Make sure, frost free, fans, dual temp controls. Good Luck. Oh, if any fridge freezer repair fold see this, please comment on the ice and seals. Thanks.
