Compact and efficient washer and dryer
After a month of using the Bosch 500 washer and dryer, we're very happy with the purchase. The washer cleans thoroughly and quickly without damaging even delicate clothing, The dryer is very quiet and efficient, and unlike our old dryer, does not heat up the entire apartment while it runs. With that said, I only use the "timed dry" setting, which for most loads takes about an hour. The specific clothing and bedding settings seem to take forever and don't get the clothing as dry.

The washer is great. It uses very little soap so there's no residue to bother my sensitive skin. I have many choices for water temperature and different fabric settings. It's also smaller than my other machines which is great for a condo. Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washing machine when we realized none of the typical 27in width washer would fit up out loft's spiral staircase. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and took the advice of other reviews to also get the drawer underneath, which feels very high-end and lifts up the compact washer to allow for less bending when loading and unloading. The machine is substantially more quiet than our old 2013 LG front loading, model which are are also very pleased about.

Efficient

It is very energy efficient and surprisingly can handle large loads. I love how compact it is and how it perfectly fits into my laundry closet. My favorite thing about it is the remote feature that I can use over wifi, and the stain removing feature, there are multiple stain levels to choose from. It is very easy to keep clean and is very quiet, I always forget that it is in use, I have to set the end signal to on. I highly recommend this washer, and the matching dryer, to anyone with small living quarters.

Great washing machine
Our old washer broke and we needed to buy a specific brand (Bosch) to be able to stack it with out dryer, because our space is limited. We originally wanted the 300 Series, but that one was backordered for months… so we started looking for the 500 Series, which is more expensive and more fancy (because of its WiFi options). This model was also hard to find but finally we were able to get it and it was delivered and installed with no issues. So far we are very happy with this product. It does its job well. We probably won’t be using the WiFi settings which we ended up paying extra for, but the washer looks and works great.

Washer had a foreign plug is it supposed to come with an adapter
mine did not have a foreign plug. I easily plug it in the special plug for washing machines in US which is different from the others you have at home. You need a special plug-in on the wall for your washing machine and dryer. My landlord made the connection with the right plugs for me.
