Worth the Upgrade from
Simply the Best Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research, we cautiously decided to spend a bit more to get a Bosch 500. It is worth every bit of the small amount invested to upgrade to a quality brand. From the wash and app features, to the rack layout, and especially our super clean dishes, we are extremely pleased with our choice and will only own Bosch dishwashers in the future.

Excellent Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch dishwasher! The quietness is what sold me, the perfectly clean is what keeps me coming back! Third rack for silverware frees up a lot of space on the bottom shelf! Bosch makes all high quality appliances & products. I will look at Bosch first for all of my future appliance needs.

Quiet and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first one lasted well over 15 years and we replaced it because we remodedled our kitchen and not because it stopped working. Many years ago we had made sure its decibal level was low enough for an open kitchen with the living room and it was quiet. We decided to buy another low decibal rated Bosch dishwasher because of our positive experience. This second one has not disappointed.

Excellent Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One month into ownership and I have been very happy with this dishwasher. It is quiet, efficient, and cleans very well. I like the third rack for silverware - it's at just the right height so I can put away clean flatware from the rack to the utensil drawer (instead of having to bend down and retrieve items from a utensil basket; this dishwasher does come with a utensil basket if you prefer that option). I also really like that the detergent dispenser is placed in such a way that dishes will not prevent it from opening during the cycle; it is a very well-thought-out design.
There are two minor items I would improve. First, the middle rack has some awkward spacing - I would have preferred more space on each side to fit drinking glasses better. Second, I wish there was a way to delay start directly from the diswasher. As a workaround, I can use the app to set a "favorite" cycle with a delay included, I just would have liked a delay button on the machine itself.
The app works well and is easy to use. I also like the auto-dry feature which opens the door after the cycle - it really does seem to do well with drying performance.
Overall I think this is a great appliance and I would go with Bosch again in the future.

Quiet machine, excellent cleaning.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet machine, excellent cleaning. We have two of these in our kitchen. Love that it opens automatically when cycle is complete so remaining steam can escape. I like the WiFi control and notifications. Also like the top/third rack. Not a big fan of the bottom two racks.

Beautiful dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice machine....quality product. There was a learning curve for me loading the racks as the tines are slanted. Once I watched a YouTube video, I learned a couple of cool tricks and am super happy with my choice. Also, starting the machine (for a rinse or a wash) on my phone is really entertaining. (You can also start it at the machine). I searched A LOT for the right machine especially since appliances are not cheap -- you want to be SURE!!

Its a Bosch - what can you say?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our last house we had a Bosch dishwasher but unfortunately, Bosch did not have the right finish we wanted when we moved into to our current house 10 years ago but we've been saying for the past few years, "as soon as this one goes, we're going back to a Bosch!". Well, we finally did and have been nothing but pleased with our purchase. The capacity, the multiple configurations and locations for different items, the quietness, the speedy normal cycle, and most importantly - we LOVE the the AutoAir feature. The latter almost guarantees that all dishes will be perfectly dry when we get around to putting them away! I wsih we would have made the switch sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quietest product I've ever heard! Took me quite awhile to install myself, but I learned alot on my own. The original builder had not supplie an outlet, so you will need a junction box which is available. The dish washer does come with a specific power cord. Besure to inspect for all contents. You will need a hose kit also which is available when purchasing unit. If you are able to afford it, or aren't up for the challenge,you might want some professional that installs the units on a daily basis. The directions are lengthy, and there is a fair amout of treaking measment checking and leveling and repeatedly many times to get it right if you are a perfectioness. I'm wanted precision and I wanted a top of the line component in the kitchen where I could think. Most people wouldn't spend the money on a condo, but I decided to plurge on this item. It's 44Dba and I'm thrilled, I would have to wait for the end of the next month to get the 42Dba model. I highly recommend this this purchase. I did test with a half load using Cascade powder and Finish Shine and Dry Liquid and ran for 2 Hrs and 20 mins. My 25 year MayTag would run for 4 Hours and the glasses and cups would never dry. There is no other Dishwasher out on the market that compares, you won't disappointed!

Good Dishwasher, Great Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, we had a Miele for 25 years - which I loved - and we couldn't get replacement parts anymore. We're old and don't need an appliance to last that long. Plus - Miele products are crazy expensive (they're worth it for sure but like I said... What to do? The repair technician said he really liked Bosch. We checked them out. The Bosch model we decided on was at least half the price of Miele (but still not inexpensive). I wanted a quality product in my custom kitchen. I really, really like it.The model has nice features, like the top rack for utinsels (which I liked about the Miele), plus this machine has an air-drying feature that I like more than I thought I would. (Ok. I use that feature all the time.) I don't care about the bluetooth but seems like everything is these days so no big deal. I will say the first dishwasher was delivered damaged. I wasn't there when it was installed and my husband thought it wasn't that noticeable so he went for a gift card and kept the machine. Silly man. I did call for a replacement and within about a week another new dishwasher was delivered in perfect condition and installed. No questions asked. I'm extremely satisfied.

Perfect dishwasher

I've had 3 dishwashers. Hated the first 2, absolutely useless in cleaning dishes. Last one died in 2020 and I waited 5 years and hand washed because I hated dishwashers for advertising how well they cleaned and never delivered on actually cleaning.
This dishwasher cleans everything.
Love the auto open feature on the door once the cycle is complete.

Very quiet!

Excellent Product - Dishwashing Made Easy
I love my new Bosch dishwasher Series 500. It has helpful cycles such as Auto which chooses the length of the wash according to the load and Auto Air which releases the air when the cycle is complete. The dishes are sparkling clean and a much appreciated improvement from my ten year old Bosch 300 series. I would highly recommend it when you are in the market for a efficient, trustworthy and long lasting appliance.

Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 3rd rack, I don't even mind cleaning out the silverware anymore. We just place the like pieces side by side and then you can just grab a handful of spoons or forks at a time and in no time you are finished. The dishwasher is very quiet. Good thing it has a light or you would not even know that it was running. All the dishes come out clean what more could you ask for? I like how versatile the racks are. Top rack can be made deeper on both sides, just a bit but it is always just enough to fit the serving spoons in. Middle rack has 3 positions, and all racks have some loading spikes that can be folded up or down depending on what you need to put in the dishwasher.

You'll be glad you got it

So far I'm impressed with the automatic door opening, the app, and the fact I can get a descaler made just for these dishwashers. Because your girl has well water and so I'm fine going the extra to help keep it working the best it can. Also dishes come out cleaner then my old dishwasher ever did.

My dishes are cleaner & dryer than our previous washer! It is holding up well against our well water. LOVE the auto air feature! I hope its pattented by Bosch because I probably won't purchase another dishwasher without it! Everyone who comes in comments on the sleek look and the functionality of the 3rd adjustable rack. If all of their appliances are as solidly built as this dishwasher...we are going Bosch when it comes time to replace them.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for 2 months now and I am very pleased with it. It cleans extremely well. The top shelf for flatware is particularly useful for washing sterling silver without it touching anything stainless, which would ruin the finish. Actually what I like most is the speed of it's wash cycle. Since it doesn't heat dry, dishes are cleaned in half the time of other dishwashers I have owned (5). Yet the dishes are just as dry.

Awesome dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superb dishwasher. Many adjustments can be made to fit almost anything. Love the drawer on top for knives and other utencils and small items that usually fly around in a dishwsher. So quiet we can run it and watch tv in the same room without adjusting the volume.

Bosch 500 Series - worth it!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've loved my new Bosch dishwasher. It is a huge upgrade and all the modern features have made the process of utilizing a dishwasher so much easier. With 3 younger kids, I need to run the dishwasher at least daily if not 2-3 times a day. With Bosch, I can keep up with quicker with the auto-open feature to help expedite drying. With the connectivity to your phone, I can track the status while working on other tasks. I highly recommend buying a Bosch dishwasher and the 500 series was perfect for us.
