Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher for the first time with the help of consulting an article in Consumer Reports, and we're very pleased with its performance. It is extremely quiet and with the assistance of a red light which reflects onto the floor from the bottom of the appliance, we know when the cycle is finished. There are several settings with options to customize for each load and dishes, cups, bowls, and utensils have come out clean and dry. In this new dishwasher, there is also an extra top tray to arrange flatware which we really like. Thank you Bosch for designing such a great product!

Clean and quiet

Where Has This Been All My Life?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're so happy with our dishwasher purchase. We went from basically washing dishes before putting them into the dishwasher to barely scraping them off and they come out clean. This machine is so incredibly quiet. Without the light at the bottom you wouldn't know it's on. Dishes come out sparkly clean. The three racks are so convenient and I love that they are adjustable. Be careful with the silverware rack, its held on by two tiny hooks but it's so nice that you can easily remove it to unload. Highly reccomend this product.

Had some doubts, BUT!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy to finally have a dishwasher after 2 years of hand washing. Installation went well and couldn't wait to load it up. Ran first load without using the Home Connect App and just read quick start instructions, so, very disappointed when I opened the door and everything was still wet, I did select the CrystalDry option. I purchased the 800 series with CrystalDry, because I like my dishes dry! So I downloaded the app and this time I selected CrystalDry and Sanitize options, it was a good 4 hours after wash completed before I opened the door, and everything was dry, maybe 1 or 2 cups had a tiny bit of water, I was so happy! I am still fine tuning the drying time, but, decided to set the washer before I go to bed and everything will be dry in the morning. I have read so many reviews complaining about the wet dishes, but happy to have figured it out. Not sure if it was the app, still trying the different settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher except for the top rack. The Bosch dishwasher we bot in 2015 had a different upper rack that held our small fruit bowls, this one holds nothing, so that space is wasted. The dishwasher is extremely quiet and cleans well. I like the app and the fact that it notifies you when the cycle ends. Just need to being back the top rack from 2015--not sure why it was changed.

Genuinely Excellent Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaces a near-top-of-the-line model from another manufacturer, and the Bosch has proven to clean significantly better. I also love loading silverware in the third rack. Receiving notifications in the app about rinse aid levels and machine care prompts is helpful.
For my dishes (relatively thin Corelle), the bottom rack has an almost absurd loading capacity, which is terrific. I cleaned the filter system for the first time a couple days ago, and I was relieved that it was an easy process.
I am very glad I chose Bosch and have no regrets about this dishwasher!

Great Dishwasher
This BOSCH 800 replaced a 13 year old BOSCH. I am very pleased with the 800 Series so far. Extremely quiet, much quieter than the previous washer. I appreciate the ability to control the washer remotely via the app. This makes starting the washer and adjusting preferences very easy. In terms of cleaning the dishes it is excellent as well as fully drying the dishes. My only issue is with the utensil holder. The previous washer had a larger holder with a section for larger utensils. This was very helpful in dealing with larger items. I also miss the timer light vs the red "on" light.

Quiet, Quiet, Quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 15 year old Bosch with a new one. I went Bosch because we loved our first which was very quiet. This one is even more quiet. The upper deck tray is a wonderful improvement for the large flat stuff and long knives. It took a bit to get on to the control panel (should have read the instruction book first)! We very highly recommend this top tier appliance.

Expectations Exceeded!
Our objectives for replacing our old dishwasher were two-fold, reduced water usage, and most important... it should be QUIET. On both those fronts it exceeded our expectations. There have been other pleasant suprises, the adjustability of the trays has been super useful. All in all, we're thrilled with our purchase.

Quietly Cleen!

Over the years, we have had many dishwashers and our new Bosch dishwasher far exceeds the performance and quiet efficiency of all others. Day in and day out, our dishes are spotless, and we don't even hear it working. The design accommodates all of our dishes and we live the upper third rack for larger utensils.

With plenty of load configurations and differing shelf levels, the washer is designed for the way one lives and provides flexibility as needed. It washes exceptionally well and it is whisper quiet.

Cleans very well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't think there's a better option on the market, aside from the Benchmark. It cleans so well, I was tempted to wash all my already clean dishes that had been washed with my previous dishwasher. It's also super quiet. Plenty different features and the app gives you a lot of insights to how much water and energy was used, plus reminders you may need. Cleaning the filter is also very easy.
My only gripes... the door itself feels flimsy if you don't pull from the dead center of the handle - the cabinet face model probably solves this since it would be more rigid. Also, once it is finished cleaning, it would be nice if it had a chime when you open the door to help indicate that the dishes are clean - my last dishwasher did this.

A Quality Dishwasher
This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first one lasted 15 years without a single repair. This new appliance has all the functions and features we wanted and a few more. I initially scoffed at the Internet connectivity but it actually adds value to our experience. We like being able to adjust the middle shelf to more easily fit taller items. We would buy this unit again.

Nothing like it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this model after following Consumer Reports' advice. It's amazingly quiet, easy to fill with all its racks and tray features and it can be controlled remotely. I love the blinking (or solid) red light on the bottom that tells you if it is programmed to start or is working. Without that light you can't tell is washing because so quiet. The control panel is conveniently hidden on the top of the door and gives you the minimal functions. The rest can be controlled via the app. I'm super happy with it and will not buy anything else in the future.

REALLY love the top rack for silverware
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used to really hate having to handle forks and spoons by the dirty part in order to insert them in the basket in my old dishwasher -- being able to lay everything down in the top rack (which has room for utensils and even shallow ingredient bowls, too) is SO much neater, and unloading is incredibly fast, too, as long as you load each type together. Just grab all the spoons and go!
Everything else is great, too -- everything comes out spotless, there's plenty of space, I love being able to customize the heavy/normal/light quadrants, love seeing how long is left on the app -- but that top rack really is my favorite thing.
