Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bosch 800 dishwasher. The first one delivered was defective and was replaced. The dishwasher is so quiet that I don't even know it is on. I just press the "automatic " button and crystal dry, shut the door and it does the rest. I love the 3 drawers for different loads with two of the drawers being adjustable for various loads.

Just a few weeks in
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Dishwasher was installed on 7/16. It took a couple of cycles to get to using the WiFi connect to delay the was cycle. It's not been a problem using WiFi - even for a pair of 73year olds.

Bosch rules!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Bosch dishwasher is amazingly quiet! I can't even tell it's running except for the red light on the floor. Our dishes and glassware come out spotless every time. This is easily the best dishwasher we've ever had!

One month review HAPPY & Impressed August 2025
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new Bosch 800 Series (SHX78CM5N) for about one month now. I would highly recommend that you purchase this 800 Series. I have been especially happy with the cleaning and drying power of this dishwasher. I didn't believe that I really ONLY had to scrape off my dishes but this DW really does wash almost everything without pre-rinsing. The wash cycle is fairly long so be sure to begin the cycle considering you need a lot of time to complete the wash/dry. I also appreciate that it actually dries most of my plastic containers and there are no pools of water on the bottom of coffee cups and glasses. I have been using the third rack for kitchen utensils, measuring cups & spoons, egg slicer, etc. I don't like using the 3rd rack for utensils as it seems more time consuming for me. I did keep one of the utensil baskets from my old dishwasher and it fits perfectly in my new Bosch and gives me extra space for utensils. The Bosch rack system works well but it does seem a little more fragile than my old dishwasher. (We will see how it holds up in the next few years.) I was also a bit concerned when I first began using the unit that the door would torque if I didn't open it by pulling dead center of the external handle. I have taught myself, however, to be sure to pull from the center and I have not noticed any problems since my adjustment.

Quiet and cleans well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two of these machines. They clean great and are so quiet we can't be sure they are running. The only issue is getting them to start locally when remote is set up on the app. The app is convenient, but seems to block local starting.

Amazing Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Bosch dishwasher I've purchased. The first one worked great up to the point we sold our house Our new home had an inferior dishwasher that left many of the dishes wet after a cycle finished. The new Bosch 800 Series dishwasher has a CrystalDry technology that literally drys everything including plastics and storage lids. It's truly amazing that I don't have to dry my dishes before putting them away. The only negative I have about it is the silverware holder is half size. My last dishwasher I purchased came with a full size silverware holder. I'd highly recommend Bosch for about any appliance you purchase.

You ain’t seen nothing yet

Quality build, quality parts, and a great design that addresses all of my needs makes this an excellent choice for kitchen appliances. My user experience has left me convinced that there will be no other option when it comes to selecting a dishwasher. Where other brands have cut corners, Bosch makes no compromises. Thank you for creating a product that delivers a customer experience worthy of the investment I have made. I will trust Bosch with my purchases going forward.

Great upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an older Bosch dishwasher that was due for an upgrade. Loved how quiet and reliable the old unit was, so we decided to keep with the same brand. This new unit is a higher model with more features and quieter than our original. It is awesome getting a notification on the phone when it's done to move the next load through more efficiently. Cleans better than our old unit and has a third rack in the top which we use all the time. The only thing we miss is the 30 minute speed option from the old unit. Looks great with the rest of the appliances in the Kitchen too.

You get what you pay for!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are extremely pleased with our recently purchased Bosch 800 series dishwasher. The most remarkable thing about this dishwasher is how quietly it performs. The only way we know that it's running is by the indicator light projected onto the floor. Absolutely incredible! It really cleans our dishes, glasses and silverware, as it should. While expensive, the unit is well worth the cost, IMHO. We really like the stainless steel interior/exterior too. It looks as good as it's overall functionality. We enthusiastically recommend this dishwasher.

Best part of our kitchen remodel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After enduring a 30+ year old dishwasher for several years, this new dishwasher is a godsend :) It's perfect. My only notes: the Android version of the app for the dishwasher is buggy, and items are still not completely dry when the cycle is done. (I often leave the door open a little bit before unloading to help the drying process along.)

My Favorite Dishwasher Brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd Bosch I own. The first one at my previous home lasted god knows how long. I bought a replacement which is also from Bosch. Moved to the current home about 12 years ago. I bought the current one after GE finally died.

Simply the Best!

The Bosch 800 allows us to scrap, load and wash with no pre-washing required--even for casserole dishes. And because we have a great room concept, the quietness of the dishwasher is a noticeable plus!

Very Quiet and great dishwasher
