As Good as every Bosch we have owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd Bosch (different homes) and each one has been fantastic. Quiet, efficient. The design on the lower rack is not as nice (the silverware tray is not as useful). But as to cleaning it is top notch.

Bosch 800 Dishwasher is top notch
I have had the Bosch 800 Dishwasher (SHP78DM5N) for a couple months now and am extremely impressed with it. The machine is easy to load with 3 levels (2nd rack height is adjustable). I run my dishwasher nightly and it is roomy for all my dishes (family of 4). The machine runs very quietly, I do not even hear it most nights when I am at the kitchen table. The crystal dry feature is also great and I do not have to worry about plastics getting overheater. Dishes are also coming out clean without any pre-rinsing. When there is baked on food, I soak the dish with water for some time before placing it in the dishwasher. Overall, this is the best dishwasher I have owned and highly recommend it.

A dishwasher that delivers on every promise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not be happier with my Bosch 800 dishwasher. The cleaning performance is exceptional - glasses come out sparkling, dishes are spotless. What really sets it apart is the near silent operation. You have to check the light to see if it's running. The flexible loading options are another highlight.
The drying performance is also top tier.
And the build quality feels premium in every sense: solid, sleek and engineered for long term reliability.
In short the dishwasher is a game changer that absolutely delivers. Highly recommend!

Fell In Love With our Bosch Dishwasher
We just love our new Bosch 800 Series dishwasher. It is so quiet, efficient, absolutely dries everything including plastic lids. It does such a superior job of washing dishes and we no longer have to pre-clean the dishes like our old noise dishwasher.

Spotless and Dry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is amazing. The crystal dry takes care of most of the residual water. It powers through most grime and even has managed to chip away at some of the baked on soot from pans I use in my smoker.
The unit is super quiet and looks sharp in the kitchen.

Beautiful, effective and quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a Bosch 500 series dishwasher for three years so we're familiar with the overall style. The new 800 with its smart capabilities and advanced drying system is definitely an improvement. The three tier rack system with the top utensil rack and adaptable splines on each level make it very efficient to load or organize. Learning to set it up as a breeze with an easy online registration process that moves right into various videos on how to use it optimally.
We have found it to be quiet, very effective at cleaning and drying unsurpassed and it's effectiveness.

Quiet, Versatile, Quality Dishwasher

Very Pleased!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The very good: Quiet, maximizes options for loading, all the digital info concerning how best to use the space, the strength of the closure springs, the intuitive control panel.
The opportunities for improvement: fingerprints are obvious, especially in the "cut out" handle area; the glassware tray could be a little more flexible, in that if I put coffee mugs in the outside rows, there next inner row is tight for double highball glasses.
The bottom line is that I wish we had bought this one years ago instead of living with our previous Whirlpools (all top of their line).

The quality continues - an excellent dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 800 series replaced a contractor's unit that was in our house at purchase. That unit cleaned well but was so noisy it could only be run during bedtime hours. In contrast, the Bosch 800 series cleans equally well, but almost soundlessly and without melting plastic objects. That means we do much less handwashing of such items. Overall quality has been well maintained and we are very pleased with this unit,

Best Dish Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first one lasted 15 years and we thought it was the greatest. But this new model is even quieter and cleans better than the old one. We're hoping this one will last another 15 years.

Quiet and Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new dishwasher- it's nearly silent and does a great job at cleaning our dishes. We've stopped pre-cleaning in most cases. We really enjoy having the third rack as our flatware stays organized and well cleaned. Only negative is that the third rack feels rather flimsy compared to the quality of the rest of the unit.

Not as Nice as the Older Model 800
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an 800 model in 2017 for my previous home. The layout of the racks for holding dishes was much better and could easily hold more dishes. The current model is designed for partial dishware and large pots and pans. If the bottom rack had tines that could be moved up to accomodate more plates, it would be helpful. The third rack design for silverware does not work well. The cutlery baskets work much better for silverware, which frees up the third rack for larger utensils, plastic lids and ramekins. I was very disappointed that the third rack silerware holder is not removable and that the dishwasher did not come with two cutlery baskets. At this point you are asking yourself why I purchased the Bosch, because it cleans better than anything else on the market. I would prefer Bosch offered more options in the rack configurations.

New Bosch Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced an older Bosch with this new one. I'm still getting used to the slim cutlery rack. Like my old Bosch, saucer rims and the like are still wet at the end of the cycle.
