[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 800 is the Best! It is by far the quickest dishwasher we have ever had. We can sit in the living room watch a show and not even hear that it is running, wow! It's also very easy to operate. The push buttons are soft and easy to read. It also works on Wi-Fi. You can start and stop it as well as see when it is done.

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bosch 800. I replaced an 8 year old GE. I like that the door snaps closed. Making it baby proof. Love that the racks have adjustable heights. I love the 3 rack/drawer to put awkward shaped gadgets in...or just more utensils. I did buy an extra utensil holder. The one that came with it is quite small. I didn't like that I had to download the App to access extra features. But I have used it and have no problems. It cleans really well and I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality dishwasher.

Love!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has been wonderful so far. I love the crystal dry feature. My only critique is the "drawers" itself can be hard to arrange dishes on, mostly only accommodating the plates. Arranging bowls and cups can be difficult.

Quiet and clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a fair amount of research before going with the 800 series Bosch dishwasher, but everyone consistently commented how quietly it ran, and how the drying cycle really did work well to prevent water spots. Well, the internet didn't lie this time. The dishwasher gets everything clean every time, is easy to operate and everything comes out spotless and dry, and I have an open floor plan but it's hard to tell if it's running or not. All plus's in my book.
It did surprise me that the run times are longer than my old Whirlpool dishwasher (15+ years old) so while it's worlds quieter I guess that comes at the cost of speed. Worth it though.

Bosch vs GE Profile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a GE Profile and it was mediocre at best. After a few years we grew tired of it and decided to try out this Bosch. It is 100% the best decision we've made when it comes to to purchasing a appliance. We don't have a single regret. The dishes are clean and dry. Fabulous!

BEST Dishwasher

The Bosch has my advantages that make it such a good investment, the dishes get clean for one. The tynes arrangment works for my dishes. The 3rd rack is a game changer. It is so quiet and efficient.

Great machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are absolutely delighted with our new dishwasher. We had heard that Bosch was the way to go from online ratings to friends. In fact, I don't know of any appliance I have ever purchased where there seems to be universal satisfaction if not raves. We are extremely pleased with the rack design and options to somewhat customize. EVERYTHING comes out clean as a whistle! And the crystal drying system is so wonderful because we don't have to worry about plastics melting. I also like the smart phone connection and commands and notifications. And it is super quiet and looks great in our kitchen!

Best dishwasher we have owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I wanted to buy a Bosch, I was very skeptical & reluctant to download & use an app for the delayed start feature (I use this feature each night to run our dishwasher outside of our water softener's recharge window). My husband finally talked me into this model & I am very happy. Over the last 11 years, we have had a Kenmore (original to the home), LG, & Whirlpool... after our Whirlpool needed yet another repair, we decided to replace it with a more reliable brand. I like using the app more than I'd like to admit. We have been using just over a month and I have loading the machine down to a science. The design of the racks took some getting used to, while at first appearing smaller in capacity than our previous dishwashers, I've found that I am actually able to fit more dishes on. You can tell a lot of thought went into its efficient design. My biggest complaint is that there is still a "plastic-y" smell after drying.... most of our dishes are metal, glass, & ceramic, with a few silicone, plastic, rubber items mixed in. Not a big deal. Also, our water is one that creates an awful fishy smell when mixed with rinse-aids... such an odd phenomenon... we stopped filling the rinse aid and the smell disappeared. All and all, highly recommend!

Great dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Designers did a great job removing awkward features. There was a little learning curve because I am creatures of habit. Love the shelf for silverware. Thought it was going to be cumbersome to use but actually works better than old container that rests in the lower rack. You do get one of those silverware containers as an option. Basically I am pleased with everything about this dishwasher. The App is another story.....I'm sure I would like it if I could get it to link with the dishwasher. Bottom line, all the dishes,pots and pans are looking super clean. Even old strainers and silverware are starting to look like new.

Replacement Unit - Fantastic Brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our 10 year old Bosch. This unit is a slight upgrade (WiFi, Home App, Crystal Dry, and Power Zone Wash). All of these improvements work very well, very clean dishes. Power Zone is agressive. The small top third drawer "improvements" are the only disappointment, the drop down drops down to easily for after a wash cycle the utensils in the drop down zone are all messed up and if they overlay those areas are dirty. Don't like the new design of the 3rd drawer. Everything else is fantastic.

Finally, clean dishes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] And dry ones, too. I was initially reluctant to pay for a higher model, but was convinced by the additional drying technology in the 800. My top-rack plastics are dryer than they were in our old dishwasher when the cycle ends. My only dissatisfactions were that I didn't seem to have access to meaningful documentation till I downloaded the HomeConnect app. The app connected to the dishwasher easily, but initially I couldn't figure out how to operate the dishwasher with the control panel on the unit. It did not seem to work as the paper guide described. It's also not clear to me that you can use the delayed start function without the app. So, there's a learning curve to using it, but the good news is that it's far less finicky than our previous dishwashers about how it's loaded. Of course, the real ROI is going to be in its longevity, but I'm hoping that Bosch's reputation will prove true.
