Love love love this fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had some bad fridge experiences, living 6 months in one place and 6 in another. One gave out at the house while were gone and it smelled like a dead body in there when we got home. It was several years old. Then the condo fridge gave out just after we left, evidently...neighbors could smell it. It was only 2 years old but with known problems with the compressor. Gun shy, we needed something very dependable, even if we had to rework cabinets and granite to make it fit!
I LOVE this thing. The best fridge we've ever had. Despite being slightly smaller than our last fridge, it is way more spacious. Holiday meals are no problem. Lighting is fantastic, and like their dishwasher, it is whisper quiet. Love the easy access to all the controls. Absolutely zero complaints! When the one in the house dies, we'll redo the upper cabinet arrangement just to make room for this model. It is head and shoulders over any other we've had in 50+ years of home ownership
Adding...we worried about not having water and ice through the door. It is absolutely no problem whatsoever. We don't miss that and enjoy the extra space in the fridge

So spacious and functional!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new black stainless steel fridge! So many useful compartments and the ice is the best size. We opted ice in the drawer below (instead of having a dispenser on the front door) and we're really glad we did that! Just like all of our other Bosch appliances - it's beautiful and has so many thoughtful functions!

Great storage, excellent freshness

Best fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its sleek modern design makes it appealing to all with its French doors and bottom door dor the freezer. Water poured is located inside to further make the outside design more clean and cohesive. Inside the fridge there is ample space for food items and the ice maker generates wonderful sized ice balls. Not only all these benefits but cleaning the fridge is quick and convenient due to the quality of the material of the fridge. Overall I am happy with my purchase and for choosing Bosch as my selected fridge for my first time home.

So far, so good!

Great Fridge

We like the smart features and stowage bins at different temperatures. Our fruit has been staying fresh longer. The water and ice features work well. LED lighting inside is very nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch B36CT80SNB absolutely nails the “premium counter-depth” category, and for me it’s a rare no-regrets 5/5.
The standout: the black finish and surface
The black stainless color is gorgeous in person—modern, understated, and it makes the kitchen look instantly more expensive. The surface is excellent too: it feels high-end to the touch, looks clean, and doesn’t give off that cheap “painted metal” vibe some black finishes have.
Daily use
It’s sleek. Counter-depth + no external dispenser keeps the front looking clean and built-in.
It’s refined. Everything—from the doors to the interior lighting—feels engineered, not flimsy.
It’s the kind of fridge you notice in a good way every time you walk into the kitchen.
Bottom line
If you’re choosing between a standard stainless fridge and this, the B36CT80SNB in black is the one that looks and feels like a real upgrade

Love my Bosch 800 Series
Starting with the basics, I like that no fingerprints shows on the doors. Always looks clean and company ready. The soft beeping sound to remind me the fridge or freezer is ajar is so helpful. Helps keep temperature maintained. Love the easy access for the water filter and the water tastes great. Nice to always know what the temperature is in both fridge and freezer. All the bells and whistles are being used and I absolutely love my fridge.

Fit perfectly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a counter depth refrigerator that fit into a space 72 inches tall and 37 inches wide. This refrigerator is about 71.5 inches tall and 35.5 inches wide. The refrigerator has plenty of space and is well lit inside but I think it sacrifices space in the freezer. I bought a garage freezer at the same time so it wasn't a big deal for me. I've gone through 3 GE side by sides refrigerators in roughly 11 years because they fit but didn't last. I'm hoping this refrigerator lasts longer.

Great Refrigerator

I was a little worried if the ice compartment would take up too much room in the freezer, but it really doesn't. the pictures makes it look like it takes a lot, but it doesn't. Very Happy!
I am very happy with my new 800 series Bosch fridge. I unexpectedly needed to replace a not even 6 year old Jennair and while both have a french door set up with similar features, the Bosch is clearly better quality and cost me less in the end due to a sale. Let's hope it lasts longer than my Jennair did. What a disappointment that was!

Love this fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chose this fridge after extensive shopping of many brands and reviewing features, specs, etc. Did not want the ice/water in the door in order to maximize fridge space. We like the cold water dispenser just inside the fridge. A very nice feature is that the ice bin drawer slides out partway as freezer is opened. If you have a need for a larger amount of ice, removing the ice bin allows for filling the drawer the width of the freezer with ice. Enjoy the benefits of it being connected to phone app for notifications if door is ajar, and other controls that are available on thedoor. On a recent trip, I had intended to turn off the ice maker before we left. Went into the phone app from about 500 miles away and turned off the ice maker! Fridge is very well designed as far as how the space is used. We've been using it for about a year, and have not been disappointed with our choice.

800 Series 36 in. 21 cu. ft. Smart Counter-Depth French Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator with Stainless Steel, Ice, and Water. I love it, the best lighting you could imagine, I can see everything without moving anything around. The inside water dispenser is the best feature, the ice cube maker is fast, and the freezer is very spacious. The drawers that the temperature can be adjusted to suit the food items placed in them are ingenious.

Attractive and Functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just remodeled my kitchen and got all Bosch appliances in black stainless steel. This refrigerator is a major upgrade from my last one. I love the functionality of it; all of the zones and setting keep food fresh much longer than my previous one. The ice maker is THE BOMB. I love the smaller rounded ice it makes AND that it makes so much ice with a big bin. Previous refrigerator had the ice in the door and the bin was so small, it could not keep up so we had to use a countertop icemaker to supplement. The water spout is inside the door so the front is beautiful, sleek and very easy to keep clean compared to traditional stainless steel.

Bright and quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I noticed about this refrigerator is how bright it is for seeing food, jars and bottles. Second thing I noticed was how quiet it is. In fact, it makes no noticeable sound at all. Quality wise, it is nicer than any other refrigerator I've ever had. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Crisper drawers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love my new refigerator. It is the closest thing to my built-in subzero that I had to leave with my former house. It is my first french Door refigerator, and it took a few weeks to figure out how to store food so that I only needed to open one of the two top doors to get what I wanted. The big revelation was the small fruit crisper behind the right hand door could be opened with only the right door being opened. Great for when I only wanted to get out a piece of fruit.
The other revelation was the two small fruit crispers have a slider that needs to have the drawer attached proerly for the crisper door to close properly and completely. The rearward slider needs to be attached first before the outward slider is attached. The sliders need a slight tug to get them to come all of the way out. See photos.
