Excellent flexibility in the design of the racks. Allows you to configure it for all sizes of plates bowls glasses and cups.

Best dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went through 5 dishwashers in 3 months from GE Profile to Maytag and they all had problems with leaking or steam leaking from the tub to dishes not clean or dry. So I was very skeptical. I said let's try and I have to say this is indeed the best dishwasher. The dishes come out super clean and dry. I bake a lot so I have burnt on grease in my pans and when I set the dishwasher to heavy there's nothing not one speck of food. The option to set the arm for light to heavy is another great feature. I have no spots and believe me when I say I have hard water and my first dishwasher would always leave spots well not this dishwasher. Not a spot.
The sound level is 0. I had to press my ear up against the door that's how quite it is.
I could go on and on. The lights inside are great. The cycle and time illuminating on the floor is a great. The design is sleek.

Bosch Benchmark Dishwasher

The lighted feature of time left which shines on the floor tells me it is going. The ball bearing rollers make for smooth moving trays. The extra tray on the top is great for knives and other utensils. We are very pleased with our Bosch Benchmark dishwasher.

Great dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned 3 Bosch dishwashers as we've moved over the years. Each model was better than the last with preferred features. This model is my favorite. It has multiple save water features that I like; interior lights which I never had before; very quiet (as all the models have been); Crystal dry which works great; and the time countdown light that shines on the floor. Dishes come out clean and dry. Finally I also like the app which I do use often to turn on the machine.

Quietest dishwasher I ever owned!!

Best dishwasher I have ever owned.

Very pleased with this dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Benchmark does a great cleaning job. I like the silver ware tray on top. It is very quiet - can't tell if it's running or not except for the floor light that gives the time and cycle.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great! Very quiet and live the versatility of being able to wash items of various sizes. I wish the buttons for selecting cycles etc were a bit more responsive or at least gave a faster feedback so you know you successfully pushed the button. If you aren't aware of this you'll push buttons multiple times and it seems to lock up the selection mode for a moment.

The cutlery tray on top is working less effectively than I would have thought and cutlery sometimes comes out a little rusty, not sure why. Overall, a very good dishwasher, let's hope it'll last 20 years like our old Bosch Dishwasher did.

Super quiet!

We love this dishwasher and it's worth every penny. It's so quiet, you have to look at the floor to see how much time is left and it washes everything so well. It's easy to use and load. I had one years ago and I'm sorry I didn't go with my instincts before buying the others!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our old Bosch for 25 years and thought it worked well - but this is a revelation. The dishes and, especially, the glasses are squeaky clean and spotless. And no more rinsing - even egg or cheese - just scrape & load.
It did take a few tries to get the app to link, but now it's easy. And adjusting for the water hardness after I had estimated the initial setting required a bit of searching the manual to find the right button combinaton. The CrystalDry function worked well, but we found it wasn't really necessary most of the time.
Overall very impressive. And very very quiet.

Worth the investment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our (other brand) dishwasher leaked and cost us 5 figures in mold remediation and a kitchen rebuild, we decided to buy the highest rated dishwasher we could find. The Bosch Benchmark has been faster, quieter and yielded a consistently cleaner result. Our glassware comes out looking like new, even with a very heavy load. It's quieter than the background noise of our home, and we're very grateful to be able to run a load knowing it won't disturb movie night.

Benchmark for the win!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had our old dishwasher spray pump go out so we decided to go with a Bosch Benchmark. Best dishwasher we have had so far. Love the bright lights when you open the door and you can change the options in the app. The Connect app is great if I forget to start the washer before bed I can just start it from the Connect App. Can control different zones for a stronger or weaker spray. Also can adjust shelving and the third shelf for knifes and other small items is an extra bonus. Very happy with our purchase!

Love this new drying technology

The third rack is a must for my long knives and spoons. I also love the feature that tells me where in the cycle the dishwasher is and how much time is left.

Dishes have come out clean every time. The dishes are sparkling clean. I have also done the washing cycle from my phone. Something I thought I would never use. That you for all your help. Exceeds expectations, very quiet.

I was concerned about the performance of this machine before I had it delivered. Hoping that it would be at least as good as the machine it was replacing. It works better. It is very quiet. I like the time remaining countdown that is projected on the floor. I
love the interior lights. It is not full on daylight, but it is helpfull. The app is fantastic. The drying performance of the "majic lava rock crystal" stuff thats in the triangle shaped thing that sits in the back of the machine... works!
I like stuff that works. This is my first Bosch appliance and I am happy and impressed. Loading the silverware in the top rack has a bit of a learning curve. I was not positioning the spoons properly and they would shift. Fgured out what I was doing wrong and problem solved. Also nice to have the option of the basket on the botton rack. I seldom use it, but good to have.

Efficient and a Great Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design makes it blend seamlessly into my kitchen, and inside, all the features are user-friendly--from customizable rack heights to the built-in light, to the bonus third rack. It's also shockingly quiet and gets everything nice and clean. The water softener feature is an added bonus for us, as we have hard water.
