Beautiful, Efficient, and Thoughtfully Designed
We couldn’t be happier with the Café 23.2 cu. ft. Smart Counter-Depth 4-Door French-Door Refrigerator. For a counter-depth model, the capacity is impressively efficient. The layout makes excellent use of space, and despite being 23.2 cu. ft., it easily holds everything we need without feeling cramped.
The four-door configuration is a standout. The middle drawer is extremely versatile and quickly became one of our most-used features, perfect for drinks, snacks, or frequently accessed items. Both the refrigerator and freezer sections are well organized and easy to navigate.
The dual-dispense AutoFill water pitcher is another highlight. Having filtered water ready to grab from the fridge is incredibly convenient, and the auto-fill feature works reliably. The dispenser is fast and easy to use while maintaining a clean, integrated look.
Being ENERGY STAR certified gives us confidence in its efficiency, and it runs quietly while maintaining consistent temperatures. The smart features are well executed too. The app is intuitive, reliable, and genuinely useful without feeling gimmicky.
Finally, the design is stunning. The matte white finish with gold accents pairs perfectly with our gold faucet and hardware and elevates the entire kitchen. This refrigerator feels premium, looks beautiful, and performs exactly as expected.

Lots of room in a counter-depth fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of space, love the auto fill pitcher, love the size of the door bins and flexibility of the top drawer as a fridge, chiller or freezer. I wish GE had a set of door bin liners for this fridge as they do for other Cafe models.

Counter depth
I was concerned about capacity when choosing a counter depth refrigerator, however this is not the case with this particular one. As a family of 2, we have just the right amount of room if not more. We hosted a holiday gathering of 10 adults with no issues.

In love with this refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful refrigerator. I selected the black matte finish with brushed bronze hardware. I love all the features, especially the autofill water pitcher. The matte finish doesn’t show every single smudge and fingerprint. I love the sleek and modern design that goes well with my current stainless steel appliances. The interior LED Lighting is well-lit and everyone always remarks about it and loves it when they see it. The fridge is very well planned and has ample storage with a place for everything. The flex drawer in is perfect for a variety of uses and it has gallon storage in the doors. It’s a smart fridge and you can use it to control the temperature. I’m very happy with it and am planning on purchasing the matching wall oven.

Great storage and looks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this fridge. The backlighting in the main compartment is much better than a standard refrigerator. The middle drawer is an added bonus and keeps items near frozen if you want adjust it that way. The freezer area has three compartments and and ice maker and there is plenty of room to keep items inside. The internal water pitcher has been refilling perfectly after each use. Great product!

So far, it’s energy efficient. It has back lighting which is nice as well as overhead lighting and a water dispenser inside the door.

Worth the Upgrade

My mom got the white version in the size down, and she's got buyers remorse after seeing mine. Its worth the difference if you're wondering. The fridge is gorgeous inside and very easy to clean everything. I love the adjustable drawer seporator and all the customaizable settings for all the different way you'd do use a fridge if you cook/entertain often. Its truly a foodie/host fridge, and I'm not 100% I even realized that was a thing

Love the filtered water pitcher!

No more water marks on the outside when filling your water bottle. The LED light on the inside is very illuminating but also not harsh on the eyes.

Elegant!

I dud the matte with brushed bronze and have stainless appliances in my kitchen (for now) it really blends seamlessly. The shelving is great and so much door space. I love the auto fill pitcher inside the door as well. Next version they should have nugget ice as an option.
