Well Made
I've used the fridge for 3 months now, it is working great. One of the primary reasons I purchased this fridge is because the rails for the sliding drawers are metal. Other cheaper fridges didn't have a smooth sliding experience when testing them out.

Overall very happy
We really love the appliance itself. The drawer is honestly one of our favorite features so we are able to adjust it to our needs. The only real downside is the size of the ice maker box you definitely will need a backup stash of ice for large crowds. Highly recommended .

Very pleased with our purchase!
We’ve had this fridge for almost a year now and absolutely adore it! I read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing and Cafe appliances got very mixed reviews but we ended up with this fridge and the induction oven and are in love with both - they are beautiful, functional, and just great appliances!

Rear lighting awesome.
We have had our Cafe refrigerator for about 3 weeks and are very happy with it. The rear lighting is great and allows all of the items to be easily seen. The ice maker is working great and considering that we are a family of four living in Phoenix and go through a lot of ice that speaks well of the product.

Great features and use of space
The product while expensive was worth the investment. The only thing I would recommend is that the size of the opening to dispense ice and it switch to activate be larger to accommodate smaller glasses and the switch have more movement in its application

I’m absolutely in love with my Café CVE28DP4NW2 refrigerator. The 27.8 cu. ft. capacity is incredibly spacious — it easily fits everything from family-sized meal prep to party platters without feeling crowded. One of my favorite features is the full-wall LED backlighting. It’s not just bright — it’s elegant. It lights up every corner so nothing ever gets lost in the back, and it really adds a premium feel every time I open the doors.
But what really makes this fridge stand out is the design. The matte white finish with brushed stainless accents is stunning. It’s modern, clean, and elevates the entire look of my kitchen. With my white cabinets, it blends in beautifully but still has that high-end “wow” factor. I’ve gotten so many compliments!

Favorite fridge of all time
Our favorite fridge yet, the adjustable shelves are easy to move and configure to our needs. We have so much more room than in a side by side and everything is easy to see and find. No more containers growing science projects hiding in the back of the fridge. 4th drawer is a new must for all future fridges, we stock it with lunch items making our morning ritual of lunch packing a breeze.
Not to forget to mention, it's absolutely gorgeous and literally glows when you open the doors! Speaking of doors, it's nice to be able to just open one side and not have to open the entire fridge up to get one item out. The crispers temperature control seem to lengthen to live of fresh vegetables.
Love everything about this fridge!

Awesome Refrigerator w/ good looks & functionality
We just received our GE Café Refrigerator, 36" Café LP Gas Range, and Café Dishwasher and they are beautiful! My wife and I like them even better that our Viking that they replaced. There is plenty of space and options for storage in this Refrigerator. We purchased the Matte Black. Wish we could have afforded the Brushed Rose Handles and Knobs for all of our Café Appliances but we suffered major storm damage from two back to back Hurricanes (Debby and Helene) and flooded in our home with 4' ft of water throughout our home, garage, and mother in-law suite. We ordered GE Café for our main home kitchen, GE Profile for our main laundry, Full GE Kitchen Package for the Mother-in-law Suite, and another set of GE High Capacity Washer/Dryer for the Garage Utility Room.
We trust GE Products and my experience with GE Support has been handled quickly and professionally, by friendly professionals who go above and beyond to assist us.
I look forward to updating our experiences as we use our new GE Café Appliances over the next year.

Love the lighting and the spacious shelves.
Really like the third drawer that we use for cheese and meat. Ice cubes are a bit small but OK. Temperatures seem to be consistent throughout. More room on the inside than we thought. Hopefully the durability will. E long lasting

A Fancy Fridge To Live Up To
So far I love this fridge. It’s really good-looking as fridges go, and super ultra spacious inside. The rear led light wall gives it a feeling of elegance and helps me see everything in there without being blinding. The shelves are thoughtfully designed to accommodate lots of needs and the copper metal trim and real tempered glass shelves make it feel quite fancy.
But by far my favorite thing is the middle drawer, which I call my “deli drawer.” All my cheeses and canned seltzer and various other items I used to have to open the whole fridge for can now be accessed and easily visible without digging through the rest of the refrigerator.
If I had any quibbles, it’s that the ice dispenser tends to throw off little ice chips that don’t make it into the cup, and the crushed ice is really more like chopped up ice. The cubed ones are cute and wee, but the crushed ice is uneven, so if you want true crushed ice you would need a different machine.
I hesitated to write a review so soon after purchase but when I saw that a friend has the same model and after a year and a half she still likes it, I decided to write my review.

A WONDERFULLY shocking surprise!
I have had a side by side fridge my ENTIRE LIFE for a reason. I loathe digging through a freezer drawer to find something hidden in the "vast abyss". This freezer has MULTIPLE drawers that are super easy to access and it's HUGE. Needless to say, I now own this fantastic drawer- system fridge!

It is really good, but room for one improvement
I knew I didn't want a fridge with ice and water dispenser. Not only do you lose storage in the fridge, but it does not make enough ice for parties. But I was over-ruled by my spouse, so we got it. In the end, the auto fill feature turns out to be awesome for my family. It works really well!
I won with the 4th door, but the flexibility of that drawer's dividers leaves room for improvement. The dividers in the drawer cannot be fixed in position and can move around, not allowing you to fully use the drawer as you may wan. You can choose to keep foods in the drawer @ refridgerator temp, quick chill before a party, or freeze (which I doubt you need more freezer space!)
I will say, I am impressed with the "Humidity Control System" drawer for produce. My lettuce has kept longer than it ever has. Also the storage capacity of the right-side shelves outweigh the lack of storage on the left-side door and the freezer has a large capacity!
