I just wanted to first say the team at Menlo Park mall is amazing. Every single person on the team worked together to make sure our purchasing experience was perfect.
They not only helped us get the bed that was right for us, but they also we super kind and accommodating when we had an emergency that caused us to change our delivery time. We were dealing with so much all at once but they helped us through it and we are extremely grateful for their efforts , patience, and attention.
In regards to the bed and frame: We love them both . I have really bad acid reflux and getting this adjustable mattress was a huge help in lowering the instances of acid reflux I experienced during the night. The bed itself is very comfy; I think we got the dream plus ( one of the ones that is officially approved by the chiropractor association).
We strongly recommend working with the team at Menlo Park Mall. Every single one of them was super helpful to us ;w e went to the location and called multiple times to asking questions etc. so we ended up speaking to every group member on the team lol.

I love my dream max
I love my dream max so far. It's supportive, but not too firm or hard. Feels slightly soft when laying down.
Edge support isn't the best, I don't notice it when sleeping, but sitting at the edge of the bed you can notice it compressing.

We purchased a Casper Dream
We purchased a Casper Dream Max mattress since my wife has had an aching hip for several years and we hoped a new mattress would help. We got the Dream Max since it was rated well in consumer reports for side sleepers. We are very happy with the purchase as she now wakes up with no hip pain at all most of the time. As an added bonus I had been dealing with shoulder pain that has significantly reduced since the new mattress.

My grandson needed a new
My grandson needed a new bed. He 'tried out' many mattresses. This was his favorite. He enjoys it every night along with the ability to raise his head/legs. The bed is soft enough for his 6'2" frame. Just as he likes it.
