Rated 5 out of 5 by Elizabeth from Great machine, incomplete service by PC Richards The machine seems to be working well. Simple to use, and cleans within 30 minutes. Big caveat is that PC Richards does NOT install the coin box, and the coin box installation instructions are very unclear, so my tenants are getting free washes until I pay for an appliance guy to come install it. This policy was not made clear upfront and is disappointing.
