Perfect Dryer for Smaller Spaces
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works well and is perfectly sized for drying the amount of clothes that you can get from the matching washing machine. My laundry room is small and a combination hallway to my garage, so I chose compact laundry units in order to create a mudroom space. I stacked this dryer on top of my washing machine by using the pull out shelf/stacking kit. With these compact units I have gained a lot of space in my laundry room without having to sacrifice much capacity or convenience. This dryer is different from typical dryers because it does not vent outside and it condenses and collects the moisture from the load of laundry being dried. The moisture is either collected in a water bin which will need to be emptied or directly drained to plumbing depending on how it is connected. If you choose not to directly plumb it you will need to dump the water bin at the same time you collect the lint from the screen. There is a moderate amount of warm air that emits from the dryer when it is running, so if it is located in an enclosed space, the door will need to be opened to let the air circulate. Clothes take a slightly longer time to dry with this dryer, however it is a more gentle and even heat dryer so items do not shrink or get ruined due to the high temperatures. I feel that the slightly longer drying time is a benefit when compared to standard dryers that tend to ruin clothes and are less energy efficient. This dryer is not louder than any other tumble dryer and it is possibly quieter even with the woosh of air emitting from the bottom of the unit when it is running. It has many cycle settings and simple timed setting so that you can get the right amount of dryness; it also has a favorites setting that you can program exactly the way you like to dry most of your loads of laundry. This unit will need a dedicated 30amp 220volt connection that it typical for electric dryers, however the added bonus is that it has a 110volt electrical outlet to power the washing machine, thus making the 220volt the only electrical connection needed for the laundry pair. I love that this dryer has the right setting to get my clothes perfectly fluffy and relatively wrinkle free. My clothes seem so much fresher and wear better since I've switched to this washer and dryer combination. If you need a compact laundry unit, this dryer performs well and helps extend the life of your clothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased an Electrolux washer/dryer apartment size. Very happy with it. They replaced Bosch pair which I would never buy again. Took so long to dry the clothes but with the Electrolux the timing is very good.

Excellent dryer!

I am very satisfied with my purchase and the delivery and installation was super smooth and on schedule. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dryer for a small space. Quiet and efficient and user friendly.

Great little washer

No regets!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small house with the only option for washer/dryer being in the kitchen. We own two Electrolux full-size sets in other homes, so I was happy to see a compact stackable option. I knew the washer would be perfect, and it is. The concept of a ventless dryer was appealing, but I was skeptical after reading a few reviews as to heat output and performance versus a full-size vented dryer. This dryer does not disappoint! We're a household of two and do about 4 loads twice a week. Yes, the drying time is increased but the time is equivocal to the full-size dryer since the loads are smaller. There is a noticeable difference in softness and I'm using dramatically less fabric softener. Ours is set up through the washer drain so we don't have to empty any water. They dryer stops and starts several times throughout the cycle, I guess this is normal. The drum changes directions when it restarts. There is considerable heat output, but we have 22 foot ceilings so it really doesn't matter and the W/D are out in the open and not in a cabinet. I knew the dryer would probably be a winner since it pulls 220 volts, and it is. The laundry in general seems to be faring better in this condenser dryer. It runs very clean and doesn't release any lint into the air. We're very, very happy with the set and would buy again in a heartbeat. If you're on the fence, do it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised on how efficient this little dryer is! I was told that these couldn’t compete with classic dryers with vents! They surely do and the clothes are even softer and better dried than a regular dryer! It takes a little longer but the clothes don’t get damaged as the classic dryer! I used so far “ Regular”, “Delicate “ “ Heavy duty” , all of the cycles worked efficiently. Highly recommend this dryer if you live in an apartment!

I've had to use the "less dry" setting and stop the load early because it is so efficient at drying. That's on a mixed load, a load of flannel sheets, and a load of bath and hand towels. The accompanying washer performs just as well, zero problems or unbalancing issues. I hope this keeps up for many years! Absolutely love both units.

This dryer gives us the opportunity to have it at home, since it does not need a vent. The size is perfect for small spaces. It is not true it takes longer to dry. I am very happy with the purchase.

Magic (drying) Machine

Very pleased overall
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was reluctant to buy a ventless, given what I'd read on the internet about ventless machines in general (slow, don't get things dry enough, heats up the house). None of that stuff has been an issue with this machine. It works beautifully, quickly, quietly. Yes, it does discharge some heat into the room, but any conventional, vented dryer will heat the room up a bit, too. I put this small unit in my cabin... and now my wife wants the full-sized version at home.

We drain the dryer with the washing machine drain so we don’t have to empty the water tray.

Love this dryer

I wasn't quite sure what a ventless dryer was but it works great. You do have to empty the water and lint every time after the cycle is done. However, there are NO wrinkles in the clothes. Glad I purchase Electrolux set.

Excellent small ventless dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed the dryer in the kitchen inside a cabinet as part of a renovation to make it easier to do laundry without going up and down stairs. We needed a small ventless option and this Electrolux model did the trick. It is very quiet and dries loads pretty quickly for this type of dryer. We keep the door of the cabinet open when drying to avoid any residual heat and moisture from building up inside the cabinet. This model has worked out pretty well for our needs.

My new Electrolux washer and dryer
It is very quiet, cleans my clothes and the 24” is not small at all. I use the appropriate HE detergent and now use liquid softener instead of sheets. The installers put in a condensation tube so I don’t need to empty a collection tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We didn't intend to purchase a ventless dryer but our space is very small and we felt this dryer was our best option. The dryer does put out a steady stream of warm to hot air (depending on the setting) from the front vent which isn't a huge issue for us since it's in a separate laundry room where we can open a window to release the heat BUT I would not want it blowing hot air into another room of my house in the summer, fighting the A/C. The upside is that whatever delicates that we hang up in the same room, are dry in no time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little concerned from all the online reviews about ventless dryers, however this particular model had great reviews. I can confirm that it is as good or better than what folks are posting online. My clothes come out dry and even feel warm. I'm pretty excited about this technology as I think it will also increase the health of my clothes (and decrease my power bill). Great little dryer! Fits perfectly in the w/d closet in my condo (I stacked on top of the washer). Super easy to install and works like a charm. Note that a stuffed load in the washer will also fill this dryer up probably too much, so I don't recommend trying to cram everything in here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased an LG Dryer. 3 defective dryers later I got a refund and purchased this dryer from a different store. It didn't work. My electrician took a look and it was a simple and common issue. Over torquing. While putting together the dryer the screws on one of the hot's was tightened too much which caused it to shift to close to the neutral causing it to run hot. He fixed it easily.
It now runs great. It's honestly the best dryer I've ever used. I especially love the lint trap. It's like a clam shell made of mesh. The lint fails through the vents at the top and lands inside it, between the mesh walls. You slide the entire thing out, open it, and there's the lint. The design means no lint falls into the dryer itself like with other dryers.
It might not seem like much, but I always found it a pain to clean out the slot where the lint filter was. With this, no extra cleaning.
Also, when the dryer is running it will add or subtract time as needed so it doesn't run longer than necessary. Since I have to wash my uniforms for work every night that is a major plus. It means no staying up longer than needed.
All in all, there have been no issues except the original one. It's worked perfectly since, and has several small features that at first glance seem forgettable, but actually make life easier. It's a wonderful dryer and when my washer finally goes ( Hopefully not for another 30 years. ) I'll be aiming for one in the same brand.

Good dryer with many options
