The Tower Towers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously we had a washer/dryer stackable pair in our laundry room. They were a large pair of appliances that we danced around. The controls for the dryer were so high up I could not reach all the options without bringing in a 6 foot ladder. Now with the Electrolux Tower I can easily reach the controls because they are in the middle of the appliance. The tower takes up less space than the former stackables and my clothes are so clean! Great design!

Better Then Expected

I needed the tower because the laundry had limited space, I thought it was an acceptable solution to a tough design, turns out I like it more then a side by side washer and dryer. Additionally, I love all the features on the pair, including the steam function on the dryer to get wrinkles out.

When the washer is on spin two units don't even move ,my old single unit would shake. My wife loves the sanitize mode and was very impressed with the stains oak. We're in love!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As non tech-saavy seniors, and busy farmers, we couldn't help but be a bit worried about an appliance that has all the bells and whistles. With other such appliances, it's easy just to give up after taking a quick look at a confusing manual and end up using just one or two settings/features. But with the Electrolux Laundry Tower and the accompanying easy to read Use and Care Manual, we quickly learned about many of our options. With the washer, not only the ability to choose temperature, soil level and spin speed, but unique add ons such as allergen removal, stain/soak (with choice of stain type), and perfect steam to help remove tough stains, to name just a few. For its part, the dryer features a number of options for drying temperature, dryness level, and time, but also an amazing wrinkle release option. Both appliances allow you to delay the start of the cycle for a time convenient to your schedule or during off-peak energy hours. We felt confident after quickly browsing the manual to use the Laundry Tower to meet our considerable laundry needs on the farm, but it's worth a further look, as we continue to discover more unique features each read! A final plus: this unit fits into a very tight space (see photo).

I can trust that it will get the job done and do it quietly. The dryer has amazing settings including a delicates setting and a wrinkle release setting. The washer is just amazing with its many laundry liquid departments. Sometimes my clothes get caught in the lip on the inside of the washer but they seem to still be getting cleaned. 10/10!

This is easily large enough for an active family of four. Still early but it seems like the smart boost stain removal really works in the washer. And the steam function in the dryer might be my favorite feature. It's a must have option. The washer is so quiet that it's hard to know if it's running. The dryer makes roughly half the sound as my old dryer. I highly recommend this product. You will not find another one better for the price.

High Quality High Performance Washer & Dryer

Different than conventional stacked units, this is a single combined stacked washer and dryer. Hookups could not be any easier, water supply line feeds both the washer and dryer (steam function). The large digital screens and buttons are easily read and intuitive. The washer does an excellent job with every setting that you could possibly imagine! The dryer performs very well, also with a multitude of settings. Both run extremely quiet! We couldn't be happier and would recommend anyone with a need for a high quality, high performance and very quiet washer and dryer! Electrolux hit a homerun with these!

The laundry and the washer are the perfect fit. They are stackable, the product design is well thought out - especially for modernizing the steam based drying. Both products have a heavy use in our home. You can really differentiate the impact of the washes and drying in your clothes from other companies. We highly recommend the product.

Do it right!

The biggest advantage is that while the washer is gently washing my clothes, the dryer can also efficiently dry another load of clothes, sparing time for me to dedicate to other home activities. All at the finger's reach, with the unified console - I no longer need to be on tiptoes to operate the dryer's control panel. Besides it, the well-known performance remains, the clothes come spotless and almost dry from the washer, needing less time in the dryer.

Meet Walter Dwyer, my new Washer Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This so beats the stackable W/D unit as all the controls are right in front of me instead of above my head and angled towards the ceiling.
I did a lot of research and comparison of W & D across their specs and their reviews. I read a lot about service, brand reputation for long term service and parts, and details about their bells and whistles. While I was very tempted by the WIFI enabled competition, I could just stick my head down my laundry shoot to know the laundry or dryer was complete in its cycle. The count down timer also helped me ball park how much more time was on the cycle (I didn't have that before). It was quieter than my previous W/D combo, but I could make out that drier was still on.
I compared the number of cycle options and the details of time in each phase for each cycle. At the end of the day, one really just uses a few cycles weekly and special cycles on occasion so this set was fine.
At the end of the day, it came down to parts and service. In N America, I've experienced problems waiting for parts to arrive from Asia; the dreaded "supply chain issues." Being made in Canada, this won't be as much of an issue. While I don't hope I need repair parts, seals and control panels will EVENTUALLY wear out, so I don't plan on being weeks without Walter Dwyer when that day comes.
All in all i'm VERY pleased with the performance and the purchase.

Sorry purchase so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 30 days old and 2 service calls already for the dryer not getting clothes dry the first time. After lecture by second tech not to use any fabric softener and being told the only way to dry is by using the highest possible setting and not the what he called "tree hugger" energy saving cycles we have kind've of given up and drying at highest heat. we are eventually getting clothes dried.
