[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally, we weren’t fans of Electrolux appliances, as we had heard not very good things about them. We’ve always been been Maytag customers and had our washer/dryer for almost 30 years, before the washer finally began deteriorating with a really loud spin cycle noise, which was a sign that the drum was not going to last much longer. Anyway, we went shopping for a new Maytag set, but they didn’t have the ones we were looking for in stock. However, the salesman was very persuasive at getting us to look outside the Maytag box, and we noticed these Electrolux machines and they offered the same features as the Maytag brand, so we decided to give them a try, and see how it goes. Thus far, we are quite happy and very pleased with our choice. While we are still in the honeymoon stage with these shiny new machines, and their many appreciated features, we are very hopeful for a positive and long term alliance with the Electrolux brand. We also opted for the drawers at the bottom, which weren’t available with our Maytag’s at the time, but now, in our 60’s these are very nice to have, as the back issues have begun to fade in, and having these at normal height make it much easier and comfortable when moving clothes from washer to dryer. Large capacity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the dryer with the extra large drum. It holds a king size comforter and dries efficiently. The lint catcher does a very good job - one of the best I’ve seen with four fine screens for catching lint.

Iron? Probably Obsolete Now.

The Improvement is Impressive

Wonderful so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sensor on this dryer is very accurate, I haven’t had to reset for any items! I also like the variety of settings as well as the design of the lint trap. The trap really catches more lint and dog hair than my old dryer.

Great dryer with plenty of options

The Perfect Steam feature is incredible – it genuinely refreshes clothes and reduces wrinkles without a full wash cycle, which has been perfect for freshening up lightly worn items or clothes that have been sitting in the closet.
The LuxCare Dry system ensures everything comes out evenly dried, even bulky items like comforters. No more damp spots or over-dried patches! The 8.0 cubic foot capacity is generous enough to handle large loads, which saves me time on laundry day.
