Lovet it

Love my Equator
I bought this a few months ago and absolutely love it. It’s so convenient not having to switch things around it cleans and drys better than I expected. It fits perfect in my RV which I live in full time so I use this often I do small loads as there is only my husband and I and it’s everything I wanted.

Compact wonder
This is our first W/D Combo that we have purchased. My wife and I were needing a small W/D to put on the first floor (our current W/D is in the basement). The unit that we purchased is so compact that it fit in our one of our hall closets. It runs very quietly, so it does not disturbs us. So far, it has worked exceptionally well for us and are very pleased with it.

Excellent combo washer/dryer. Set it and forget about it. Cleans well and is quiet. Used in my motorhome. It will shake the motorhome when it starts the spin cycle, but that should be expected for a house on wheels.

We love this machine!
After ordering company representatives reached out to confirm shipping details and we received the washer/dryer sooner than expected! My 87 year old grandma lives in an older mobile home with water hookups but no 220v outlet or gas option not to mention lack of space! This has been the perfect solution for her to remain independent and do her own laundry at home v. being driven to the laundry mat. Everyone comes over to see grandma's washer/dryer! Love it!

I love this machine!
I was really worried about buying this unit but after much research, I decided to take the plunge. It is wonderful! It works perfectly for my needs and saves me so much time. No more lugging laundry to the laundry mat and no more waiting for a free machine. Furthermore, the customer service is amazing! This machine is the so amazing! I love that it is small, yet gets the job done. It’s nice that you don’t need a vent, or a special power outlet. It’s really great being able to start a load and when you come back it’s washed and dried. Highly recommend this machine for a 1-2 person home and for people living in small apartments.

A Capable Little Machine
This machine lacks an internal water heater, a serious flaw for a machine at this price point. Setup is quick and easy, and can be done with basic household tools, and the manual is clear and well-written. Washing and rinsing are thorough. This unit copes with unbalanced loads better than most modern front loaders - it is hypersensitive to unbalanced conditions and fusses around trying to correct an unbalance as others do, but it resumes spinning in a fraction of the time. There is no Spin Only cycle; there are Drain Only and Rinse and Spin. Using condenser drying is as expected: very dry sections of fabric in some places; damp spots throughout. The Wrinkle Guard feature lazily flops the laundry one turn of the tub, and the fan does not engage while doing so. Ignoring the preset heat levels and playing around with manually setting them is recommended to prevent over drying and onset of wrinkles. Sensor drying is not completely reliable but is acceptably accurate. It is unclear whether a solid-state electronic sensor is employed, or if a primitive dampness sensor is used. Worse, the drying cycles do not appear to include a cooldown portion. As mentioned re: no water heater, a sanitize feature with boosted wash water is not available in the wash portion, and no steam is available to make a sanitize feature in the dry portion. Control panel buttons and dial are plastic and do not feel particularly sturdy, but the unit overall has a solid feel to it. There is no mechanism for venting where the machine is installed, so there is no review of drying using vent mode. Water is left in the soap drawer after cycles are complete. One suspects that the unit may make use of the drawer to conduct the incoming cold-water stream needed to facilitate the condensing process. This machine was only recently purchased, so no comment can be made on reliability. It worked as expected right out of the box, and fit-and-finish have held up well at this time.

Cleans great
It definitely takes getting used to, but it does a good job of getting the clothes clean, and I have two construction workers in the home, so their clothes are definitely caked in dirt. One thing I do like, is that I’m able to choose to just wash, or just dry. It only holds about 1/2 as much as a standard machine, and the drying function isn’t the best, so I do typically have to add some extra dry time. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it so far.

Definitely worth the money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome size awesome appearance washer and dryer however it is a little bit inconvenient the way that you have to connect and disconnect for the water from the sink and then also it shakes so much in the spin cycle that my neighbors can feel it but overall it's a great unit it functions perfectly

Does this have to. Be vented to the outside?
Hello, No this machine does not require you to vent it outside. This machine comes with the option of going ventless. You can place the machine on "Condensing" mode by following the manual instructions. This will allow you to use your machine not vented. Keep in mind that dry times will be a little longer due to not venting your machine.
