The only complaint is the awkward process of cleaning the dryer lint trap...a wee bit of a pain but not totally aweful. I would purchase these again no question. The company was very customer service oriented as well.

what is the voltage needed

Hello, This Stackable Washer and Dryer runs off of a regular 110 volt outlet. Most of our customers run the washer at one time and the dryer after in the same outlet. If you wish to run both units at the same time in the same 110 volt outlet this will require a 30 amp breaker in your home. Please let us know if we can help with anything else! Thanks

Is this a ventless dryer?

Hello Jane, No this Stackable Washer and Dryer is not ventless. If you need a a ventless option then please look into our "Combo Washer Dryers". The combo is both the washer and dyer in one unit and it has the option to be used on vented mode or ventless! If you have more questions please feel free to let us know! Thanks
