The perfect fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I even got the even flow all4stages slim in my car I couldn’t keep my children out of it. The fabric is gorgeous and soft to the touch. With having both a rear facing 2 and 6 year old in a high back booster our car seat needs range, and this seat works wonders for us.
There are a few stand out features that set it apart. First and foremost is the slim fit! We have a midsize suv and with All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat the back seat can finally seat 3 passengers. This is a game changer for us. The toddlers favorite feature is the retractable sun shade, while my 6 year old loves the snack tray. A few other notable features are the no-rethread harness, and the secure tight installation which made me feel confident about a safe installation into my car with less effort. Then there are the small things, like the little loops to home the latch anchors when not in use, you can tell they tried to think of everything!

Great all in one car seat option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Evenflo All4Stages Slim+ car seat is a convenient and comfortable car seat option. It came pretty much ready to use out of the box, just a few simple adjustments to fit my child’s needs. I have children in a forward facing 5 point seat, high back booster, and regular booster and love that this seat functions in so many ways. Its slim fit measurements and latch system worked great in our vehicles. I love that this seat comes with an infant sun shade as that is something I would have loved to utilize with a baby. My favorite part of this seat is how easy it is to switch between vehicles and styles of use. It is a bit heavy, but not unmanageable. My only complaint so far as the cupholders are a bit small and don’t hold my older children’s water bottles. When the seat arrived, the fabric pieces next to the head had slid off the plastic structure piece. It was difficult to get it to stay and slide back on so I’m interested to see how those hold up over time. Overall I’m pleased with this car seat and would recommend it to a friend! Slim, affordable, multi-use perfection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m amazed at everything this car seat can do. I have three kids age 1.5, 5, and 6 and this is the first time I’ve had a car seat that can truly accommodate any age.
My favorite thing about this seat is how slim it is. Rear-facing it fit in the back of our Honda CRV with two backless boosters on either side of it, with room enough for the kids to buckle themselves. It’s a MIRACLE! I have many seats and none of them were slim enough to do this. Now both of our cars can fit all three kids, and we are delighted.
The rear-facing mode is great for any age infant. This is the first convertible seat I’ve seen that has a canopy shade, so helpful for the infant stage. The recline level is very simple to change and the instructions for recline level based on weight are printed right on the seat which is WONDERFUL.
My daughter was sad to find out the canopy does not work in front-facing mode, at least based on her height, so keep that in mind!
The seat comes with two cup holders and a nice snack tray that presses right into a cup holder, and you can put it on either side.
For the price of this seat I am shocked at all the features it has! Plus it’s good looking and did I mention SUPER SLIM! The modes are simple to switch between, every detail has been meticulously thought out for this product. I am so impressed. I have at least six other Evenflo seats I love as well, it’s my go-to brand for car seats for functional, affordable, and of course SAFE! Thank you for another amazing product. It is clear there are real parents and people who really care behind this brand.

Safe to grow

We were looking for a seat for a kiddo who is growing super quickly and with a back seat that wasn’t getting bigger.
The All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat from Evenflo hits a nice balance of feeling high quality and comfortable while being reasonably compact and not squishing other backseat passengers.
Our kiddo has hit the forward-facing stage while still needing the harness belt. The manual was really great about making it clear how to modify the seat itself for this stage and how to secure the seat safely in the vehicle. (I was surprised that the seat anchors have a max out weight so switched to the recommended securing method.)
Our kiddo loves to ‘do it by myself’ which brings the only drawbacks to this seat. The double cup holder makes it hard to get in the seat without help, and the chest clip needs a bit of force to clip and has pinch little fingers. We solved the first by removing the cup holder by the door, the second by holding the two clip pieces and having the kiddo push our hands to clip the buckle.
For the value of peace of mind, we are really pleased with how this will grow with our family for years to come!

Slim and comfortable car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and very pleased with it. The Evenflo brand delivers good quality products and it shows in this All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car seat. Firstly - it looks good, compact and comfortable. Secondly - Affordability, the price point is good since it can be used for all 4 stages of a child- rear facing, forward facing and booster. My 3 year old is in the forward facing mode and is pretty comfortable and safe - the bottle and snack holder on both sides are a good addition for any toddler's needs. It was not very challenging to install the car seat correctly after following the safety manual. I installed it alongside another forward facing and one booster car seat. I followed the seat belt and back tether method and the car seat is snugly installed and didn't move more than 1 inch after installation.
I'm a mom of 2 who also does carpooling to school in my SUV so it was important for me to fit 3 car seats in the back whenever there is another child for drop off and this slim car seat for my 3 year old makes it so much easier to fit 2 more car seats in the back without compromising on the safety.
I should give a shout-out to the canopy feature even though I didn't use it - it's a great idea to put this canopy for lil ones when in rear facing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this seat in 3 cars (grandma’s, rental, and main). I received the seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was most impressed that it actually fit next to my other 2 car seats in the back of my SUV (rear-facing next to another rear-facing!) I’ve never been able to do this before with other seats. This is not a light seat, I can’t see myself lugging it through the airport, but it is great as a home staple. I often find myself having to choose car seat placement in the car based on where the seat will fit, particularly with tall drivers and rear-facing seats. This was not the case with this seat and it fit well! Install and transition between modes was pretty easy, similar to most other brands I’ve used. I love that it could hold both of my kiddos over time (currently 20 months and 6 years). Overall, great “lifetime” seat.

Comfortable, safe & long-lasting slim fit car seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the absolute pleasure of trying out All4Stages Slim+ 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat with my toddler. Right off the bat I noticed the quality of the design and product. I was impressed with how sleek and slim the car seat actually was. It took up so much less room than other seats that we have used in the past. We were able to comfortably fit two additional passengers in the backseat of the vehicle and it didn’t feel like the car seat was encroaching on their space at all. Our toddler is on the cusp of transitioning from rear facing to forward facing so I love the longevity this seat will provide. My toddler is currently in the 99th percentile and I was shocked at how roomy the seat was even though it’s a “slim” model. He easily had enough room rear facing & I’m sure forward facing will be the same. Comfort-wise my toddler ended I preferring this seat over the two others we have and when we turn to forward facing in a couple months this is going to be our go-to seat! I also love that it’ll last us to the booster phase making it a great long term purchase. Install was a little tricky & confusing at first but once installed, the fit was amazing. I am shocked at how tight the install is and how secure it feels in the car. This is one of my biggest factors I look for when buying a car seat and I’d recommend this one based on the tight install alone! I had no issues adjusting the harness to fit my toddler and it was as easy as pulling up or pushing down the headrest. The snack cup add on and sun shade are awesome bonuses I’ve never seen before on a car seat. The sun shade in particular has come in handy a number of times during long sunny drives. overall we love this car seat and are SO happy to be using it as our go-to seat now! Great to maximize space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of three, my car is always… cozy? A little overly so. I like the Evenflo All4Stages Slim 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat primarily because it’s both versatile and helps me save space so my other kids aren’t cramped in the car. Compared to the other car seats I’ve used, it’s definitely more compact.
Highlights for me, beyond the compact benefit: I like that it goes from infant (rear/forward-facing) to booster stage (with and without the back), which makes it last a long time. I also really like the canopy and the reclining capability. My little one seems comfortable and doesn’t complain, so that’s also a win!
The only downside was I found the harness a little harder to adjust, but I didn’t have a challenge installing it.
Overall, it’s a really great option when squeezing multiple kids into my SUV, and I’m very happy with it! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat!

Well Thought Out Design and Easy To Adjust
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This car seat came at the perfect time as we are about to welcome a new baby to the family and I now need to have 2 car seats installed at the same time. The slim design actually made it easy to install, even leaving room between the two car seats for diaper bags or other necessities.
Evenflo definitely puts some thought into their designs, this seat has super easy to use adjustments to change the strap length, strap height, and the tilt of the seat itself. They even thought to include a level on both sides of the seat that shows what angle the seat should be in based on your baby's weight.
There are clear diagrams on the sides to show installation routes and methods for both rear facing applications and front facing applications. You have the option to use the latch system to install the car seat or use the seatbelt to install it no matter if it is front or rear facing.
The cushions and lining can be machine washed. There is plenty of padding and cushioning to keep your little passenger comfortable no matter which stage they are in. The cup holders are removable for cleaning which makes it nice and convenient. There is even a rubber insert for the cup holder to hold snacks or toys that would require a shallower surface than a cup holder.
Every aspect of this seat is so well thought out with both the baby and the parents in mind. The fact that a carseat this well thought out also transitions from rear facing to front facing to high back booster and eventually backless booster with your child makes it a great investment. Paying a little more up front really balances out when you consider how many different seats you would need to buy over the years as your little one grows.
Overall, I love this design and love the features offered. I would absolutely recommend this one to any expecting parents.

Perfect next step!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received the Graco All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat from Stellar Product Testing Panel, just as we transitioned our toddler from rear-facing to forward-facing, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The setup was surprisingly quick—took us just about 15 minutes. That said, securing the latch system definitely required both of us working together to get it snug and secure, so keep that in mind during installation.
Once everything was in place, our toddler settled in comfortably right away. The padding is plush, and the overall design seems to cradle him just right—he genuinely looks content riding in it. As parents, that peace of mind is everything. The snack tray is a great touch too!
This seat feels like the perfect next step in our journey, and knowing it will grow with our child gives us confidence that we won’t need to shop for another one any time soon. We’re looking forward to using it for years to come!

Everything you want and need in a car seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with this car seat! I received the All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat by Evenflo to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I have many good things to say. First, for those with small cars or crossover SUV’s, this car seat is made for you. The slim design is a game changer when space is of the essence or when you are using 2-3 car seats across as it is only 16.9 inches wide. I drive a Mazda CX-5 so I must be very selective of car seats that will allow adequate driver side leg room, and this seat fits the bill! My 12-month-old is currently using it in rear facing mode with appropriate recline guided by the convenient indicator. This though, is where my only “con” comes in. The recline handle is located under the seat, facing the back of the car when in rear-facing mode and is not easily accessible in my opinion. This may not even be a “con”, and I may be too picky considering this handle does not need to be accessed frequently. Everything else is well thought out and perfectly executed with this “buy once, cry once” purchase that will grow with your child through the four stages it masterfully transforms into from infancy to booster. My favorite part of this car seat is the head rest position handle and the ease to change the height of the no re-thread harness. I also love the cup and snack holders that were included. This seat feels well-made and sturdy and is easy to install with the choice of anchors or the seatbelt.
My daughter was one of those who did not enjoy her infant seat I had purchased and would scream the entire time I would drive anywhere. It got to the point that I would not want to leave my house. Since switching to this car seat, she has stopped crying completely. I do not know if it is because of the extra space compared to her previous car seat or if it is more comfortable for her but I am thankful for the peace while driving and bringing her along. I am so thankful to have received this product to test because I was able to rule out other reasons for her crying and wish I would’ve switched her to a convertible sooner. Knowing how popular the Evenflo brand is and seeing as they are becoming a top recommendation in my “mommy groups,” I do hope they move towards making all their car seats and colors FR Free. I highly recommend this car seat!!

Exceptional and grows with child

I have been on the hunt for a car seat that would fit in the back of our family truck. We have three kids, 3 and under, who need car seats. Thankfully I was given the opportunity to test out a SLIM convertible car seat! When I took the carseat out of the box, I was impressed with the initial look of the car seat. Black/grey combo coloring was classic and sleek looking. The amount of padding and support was much appreciated! Our newborn fit perfectly and I felt like the padding around the head area was enough and felt very safe! Our baby is a peanut (about 9 pounds) and she fit snug enough to be comfortable and safe. One of the cool feature this seat has is the adjustable position of the headrest. It’s super easy to move it around which is helpful when kids grow like weeds! The fabric is super soft and easy to wipe things off of. The fabric piece has the ability to been taken off and machine washed if needed. My husband and I installed the car seat together, however it didn’t need both of us. It was easy enough for one person to do it. It was easy to level, which I usually have had a hard time doing with others. With the car seat being slim, we could easily fit three of them across the backseat of the truck. There are two cup holders that were easy to put into place and were easy enough to take out for when we need to clean them. There is a sunshade that is clicked into the car seat. It had a wide area of coverage to block the sun from the side windows and it covers a decent amount of sun that comes in from the back truck window too. One of the best features about this carseat is that it’s a one stop shop…this goes from infant to older kids needing a booster! Stretching a dollar is hard to do these days but it’s able to be done when buying this 4 in 1 car seat.

Feels safe, fits great and is perfect for my toddler
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little one is 23 months old, and this seat has been a perfect fit for her. It’s slim and that is a huge win for us as it fits really well in our backseat and gives us more room, which is especially helpful when we have other passengers and another car seat (booster) in the back. I received the All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat for free from Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review and we use it and really love it!
It was very easy to install and adjust, it was really quick to set up and simple to get the right fit for my toddler. The straps were easy to tighten, and I could tell right away she was safe and comfy.
Right now, she’s forward-facing, and I love that this seat will grow with her. We can keep using it as she gets bigger and even when she needs a booster. It saves us from having to buy another seat later, which is really nice and gives me one less thing to worry about.
The sun canopy is great as keeps the sun out of her eyes and helps her nap on long drives. The seat feels really sturdy and has good padding.
One thing I didn’t like is the side head protection. It feels a bit stiff and hard to adjust, and to me, it seems a little too narrow. I wish had a bit more space, however I understand that it helps protect the head better, which is a good thing!
Still, the car seat has everything we need: it’s easy to use, comfy for my daughter, saves space in the car, and we can use it for years. I’d definitely tell other parents to check it out if they want a good, safe seat.

Versatile Car Seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I must say, this car seat has been pretty impressive so far.
Pros- The design of the car seat seems well thought out and sturdy. We have four kids and this is the slimist car seat we've had so far. It fits and installs seemlesly in our mini van without any issues. Installing it was quite simple, especially compared to other car seats we've used in the past. It even has cup holders, which my toddler enjoys utilizing all the time.
In regards to the seat modes, it definitely gets the job done in every layout. We are currently utilizing the back facing mode for my toddler, but my newborn and 4 year old also were able to fit in it perfectly fine. My four year old said it felt nice and comfy! My newborn didn't scream when I put her in, so that's a good sign.
Additionally, it is also very easy to clean! That's a huge plus for me because of how gross car seats can get. Being able to easily wipe down this car seat is a game changer.
Cons- There are quite a lot of pieces to keep track of, which comes with the territory of being a 4 in 1 car seat. The price, if I had to pay for it, does seem a little high. But when you consider the fact that a newborn can utilize it for many years, the price becomes justifiable.
All in all, I struggled to find many cons for the car seat. The pros, as you can tell, we're plentiful. I would recommend this car seat to anyone looking for a solid car seat that brings a lot of value for the price. Thanks again to stellar panel for allowing me to try out this awesome product!

Slim high quality car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve really enjoyed using this car seat for my 18 month old and plan to continue using it rather than a similar version from a competitor’s brand that I’ve previously used. It was fairly easy to install, not much more involved than a typical convertible seat these days. The cup holders were a little difficult to get on, but thankfully you only have to do that once. The cup holder accessory was a nice addition, as was the sun shade, although I think that would only be useful for an infant. I also enjoy the ease of raising the shoulder straps as my baby gets taller. The spots to hold the straps off to the side were also very convenient and easy to use when getting baby in and out. Way easier than having to match up magnets to get the straps to stick, or having to insert the clips into something to keep them out of the way. So far the straps have been easy to loosen and tighten, although the one strap did twist inside the clip on one side so I had to fix that.
The slim design is nice and similar to competitor’s versions of this seat. I like that the cup holders don’t stick out too much. I also like that this seat will be able to adapt as my child gets bigger. I could even use it for my 4 year old as the weight requirements permit his size. It has a simple, attractive design. I was nervous at first about the areas that stick out by baby’s head because they seemed very restrictive, but my toddler hasn’t seemed to care either way. My only complaint is that sometimes it can be difficult to get my baby in, because she’s rear-facing and there’s not much space between the side of the seat and the back of the car to fit her between.

SO comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so grateful that I got this carseat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Evenflo has been our first choice for infant car seats for our last two babies so it felt fitting to be trying out the 4-in-1 version. The slim-fit of the seat was a huge necessity with two other seats already installed in our car.
Overall, this is a very high quality seat. There is a perfect amount of padding and the car seat has a sturdy feel to it. The difficulty of installation was the same as any other seat I’ve installed.
Aside from the important things like how amazingly safe the seat feels, my favorite feature is the optional canopy. I have never had a bigger seat with this feature. I am also loving the snack tray. I didn’t think my 11-month-old would be able to use it yet, but he proved us wrong. He’s been grabbing things and putting things in the little tray.
I always find reading through installation instructions a bit overwhelming so the quick guide was a bonus. I think Evenflo really thought about how to do their best to make sure the seat is installed properly, knowing that many people don’t read instructions.
The only thing that was a little confusing was the cup holder installation. One went in fine and the other didn’t. I finally realized that they sent me two “A” cup holders and no “B” cup holder. Had I purchased the car seat rather than receiving it to review, I would’ve reached out to the company and I’m sure they would’ve helped me, but it didn’t feel right to bother them after already getting the seat in exchange for my feedback.
This will be my go-to car seat should we need to purchase more. With this being my third baby, I have tried multiple other seats and they just don’t compare.

I wish they made one in my size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Evenflo got it right with their All4Stages Slim Car seat! I have a 5 year old and 3 year old twin boys, so you can only imagine how tight space is in the car. Typically when searching for slim car seats, comfort is usually compromised but not with this car seat! The padding was perfect and my little ones ended up fighting over who would get to sit in it whenever we went somewhere. Not only is it child approved, but it is also parent approved. The setup was so easy, even Dad didn’t have any issues with getting the little ones buckled in properly. I did notice that the seatbelt got a bit twisted and it took a little effort to correct it, but other than that I didn’t experience any issues. If I could change anything about the car seat, I would make the cup holders a little easier to remove. It definitely takes some muscle, which I understand may be a child deterrent, but if they could make it where you hold a clip down and pull out, I think that would help parents when it’s time to wash the cup holders. Aside from that, I have no complaints and will purchase 2 more so my children can stop fighting over the “good” seat. I look forward to the road trips now as no one will complain of back pain any more. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this seat to test and review!

Great and Long Lasting!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. So far this car seat has been a great asset to have! I have 3 kids and a car with bucket seats, so a slim fit car seat was a must so my kids who climb in the 3rd row have plenty of room and it was easy to install with the latch system. We have it rear facing and the quality of seat seems like it will easily last us until we need to convert it to a booster seat. My son finds it comfortable and it was easy to adjust and get it lined up on the level for the right fit and setting. It has lots of accessories that are great! I love how the cupholder can come off to clean them, the tray attachment that go in the cup holder, and I really like it gave a shade to attach to provide some extra sun coverage for the car seat when it’s rear facing. The padding on the seat also provides some extra comfort and protection too! I would definitely recommend this seat based on comfort, durability, the different seat modes, and the accessories.

All in One Solution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have three kids that sit three across in one of our vehicles, so we definitely needed a slim fit seat! Installation actually went quite smoothly with this seat. We have used the latch system (Evenflo calls it SecureTight) in both the rear-facing and forward-facing configurations and both went well. It was easy to put in and to adjust to our kiddo's height quickly.
Compared to other forward-facing seats, I'd say this is on par with our other seats-it's comfy, keeps your child safe, and gets washed easily. But, if you're looking for a rear-facing convertible seat, this is the one for you. The canopy is such a game changer for opinionated babies/toddlers. Having the canopy for a convertible seat is SO NICE! I will say though, if you have taller kids, it may not work for as long as you'd want it to. Our kids are on the short-end, so this worked for us. It's particularly nice for the age when your kids are too heavy to lift easily in an infant car seat but before they are moved to forward facing. I think that is the spot where this seat really shines.
There were a few things I didn't like, though. The buckles are pretty hard to release. We don't use this seat in the back of our van because our child can't get these buckles off on their own without help even though they can in other seats. That's a con for us, but may be a pro for those with escape artists for children :) The straps also seem to get twisted quite a bit. It did seem to happen more at first right when I was given the seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but it still happens sometimes when I'm not paying attention to how I'm moving the buckles along the straps. And because of that, I'd say it's not a great seat for younger kids to get themselves buckled when they're first learning. Also, the headrest seems really narrow to me, barely wider than our child's head, but all three of our children have tried the seat, and none of them have complained, so I guess it hasn't bothered them!
I can't speak to the booster configurations, but for rear- and forward-facing car seats, I'd recommend this seat.

Great seat for the long haul
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great seat that works so well for my toddler. We got this seat right after my 2.5yo started forward facing. He's very independent and wants to be like his big brother. When we turned around his old convertible car seat, he wasn't happy. He still felt like it was a baby seat. He wanted a booster like big brother. This was perfect timing -- we received this All4Stages seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it was a perfect match for our needs.
The seat gives my kiddo the feel of a high back booster, but with all of the protections of a fully-equipped car seat. It's easy for him to climb into himself and has great accessible cupholders. Safety-wise, we love the head support. He feels really well protected in the seat.
Overall the seat has a nice high-quality feel. My only gripe is with the chest clip. I find it a bit hard to use, though I'm hoping once the plastic is worn in a bit it won't take so much force to undo.
This slim fit is really nice because my husband's car gets quite tight in the back seat. I actually think we'll be able to utilize the middle seat of his car now more than in the past. My kid is in the 99%+ percentile and seems to still have plenty of room to grow with the seat as well. We're hopeful that this will really be the last seat that we have to buy him since it converts to booster mode!

One car seat to rule them all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and wow, did I enjoy the upgrade.
The car seat is so easy to install, even with the various ways you do it. And honestly, that was one of the best things. The fact this seat will be able to with my kids from now until almost 10 years old as a booster seat. It’s incredible! The way it can adjust to fit almost any age of child is really wonderful and has made it very valuable to us.
We thought adjusting to the different modes and changing pieces were easy to remove, or add back in if needed for each child. It was also relatively easy to install next to the other car seat and still gave some elbow room for a passenger in the back. To be honest, even my oldest son was commenting on the quality of this car seat to the previous one we used. The belts and clasp system were smoother and more convenient to reach while fitting him comfortably, and the cup holder with snack area was also a favorite. While the canopy hasn’t been used extensively yet, my son will grab it when the light gets in his eyes or if he seems to be needing a nap on a road trip.
Overall, this is a wonderful car seat and we are excited to have it holding our babies for the next 10-15 years!

Slim and Sleek!

The All All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat is a sleek and slim car seat that was incredibly easy to install via lower anchors. My Little one is currently rear facing, she fits very well in the seat and seems to really enjoy it. I installed this into the back seat of a smaller sedan and from side to side there was plenty of room left over. Although it was a little tight from front to back, but I feel like that is expected with the nature of a rear facing seat. The seat has various levels to recline to, allowing for maximum comfort. The straps adjust smoothly and easily. The seat has a wide range making it long lasting. The only complaint that I have is the structure of the plastic chest buckle, I found that it was more challenging to unclip and didn’t feel the best. Overall, I would recommend to my friends!

Perfect Car Seat for all stages!

This All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat is great and I love that it has many stages, offering use beyond newborn / toddler years! My little guy is almost 3 years old and weighs around 40 pounds, so we have him using the second stage, forward-facing in this seat. He says it's comfortable and I love the colors. It fits great in our vehicles backseat and allows more space because it's so slim! I love that it goes until booster seating, so it's not a year or two use, you can use it for so many years! It was easy to install. The seat pad is machine-washable which makes cleanup a breeze. My little guy loved the cupholder and the snack holder as well.

Perfect seat for limited space backseats
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this car seat is a great slim design option if you need either 3 car seats across or have a small backseat. For our use, it makes the middle seat passenger feel less squeezed in between two giant seats, which was a big plus. My kids are forward facing so we didn’t need to use the sunshade but I love that it’s a feature for early stages unlike most convertible seats I’ve tried. The added snack tray that fits in the cup holder is mine and my children’s favorite feature! The main complaint from my children is the tight squeeze, which is expected given the slim design. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

Frees up some much needed space!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the All4Stages Slim+ 4-IN-1 Convertible Car Seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it has been an amazing option for our family! Our 12-month old rides in the middle of the backseat of our 4-door sedan, so this car seat’s smaller profile has been much appreciated as we can actually recline our front seats now. The slimmer width seems most noticeable in the headrest, which keeps my toddler’s head fairly snug - perfect for naps so her head isn’t bopping all over the place, but I do wonder if her huge noggin will outgrow it sooner than the age/weight restrictions (not a problem since we can still use it as a booster). Setup was simple and installation was straightforward. We opt for the lower latch anchors if we’re not planning to remove the car seat, but we’ve also used the seatbelt installation for a quick trip in the grandparents’ car. The sun canopy is an AMAZING addition - not so much for blocking out the sun since we have tinted windows, but my girl finds it HILARIOUS to open and close and has entertained her on some longer drives!

Amazing car seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This car seat surpassed all my expectations! It is a slim design that allowed for another convertible car seat to fit beside it with some room to spare. It’s also incredibly easy to install with the click connect system and level located on both sides of the car seat. I also love that this car seat is able to grow with my child, that way we don’t have to purchase any additional boosters in the future. It is on the heavy side, but once it’s installed that isn’t an issue and actually makes me feel like my child is safer because there is more substance to it. Some other features of this convertible car seat that I love are all of the padding on the headrest, straps, and seat (my 13 month old doesn’t mind being in this seat for long periods of time because he is comfortable), the canopy that provides shade when the sun would otherwise be in his eyes, and the ease of being able to get the proper fit. Super Awesome and Thought Out Car Seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try this car seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and as a mom of four who has used quite a few car seats, I must say this one is impressive. The All4Stages design is fantastic. As a rear-facing car seat, it’s incredibly cozy with ample cushioning, keeping my little one comfortable for long rides. For my front-facing child, it feels like a road trip dream! It’s super comfortable, reclines for nap time, and the sunshade is a huge bonus for blocking out the sun from their eyes.
The snack tray is a game-changer. It's designed so that kids can actually reach their snacks—why don’t more car seats have this? Plus, the fabric keeps snacks from falling into hard-to-reach places, and any crumbs are easy to vacuum or wipe out.
Installation is a breeze thanks to the car seat’s clips. It’s a bit heavy to lift, but once it’s in the car, both rear- and front-facing installs are simple. And if you have multiple car seats, the clips make it easy to remove with just a quick push of the release button.

Excellent Car Seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We found this carseat to be a great fit for our families needs!
First off, the slim design is a HUGE benefit that takes up a small amount of space! ;) This carseat is in a truck where there is also another carseat. As the parent that has to occasionally ride between the two carseats, the slim design is a major plus!!!!!
Second...let's talk about installation and adjustment. From taking it out of the box to having the seat fully installed took literally just a few minutes! I don't know if we're just getting good at this after so many years, or if this seat is really that easy but I have to give the seat at least some of the credit! Also, making adjustments to the seat were very simple. I intentionally waited until after the seat was installed before removing any infant accessories or making adjustments to the seat belt/buckle. Removing the infant head cushion was very easy as was adjusting the seat buckle at the bottom of the seat. Both took just a few seconds!
Comfort and accessories...I thought the seat appeared to be very plush and comfortable. I like the padded headrest and how it "cradles" their head, even for an older child. The seat belt strap covers also appeared to have extra thick padding. When my daughter was riding in it we asked her how it felt and she said it was comfortable. I also liked the double cup holders, one even had an extra compartment that will hold snacks, or more than likely rocks, dandelions, tire chips from the playground or any other random thing my child picks up along the way. :)

Awesome convertible seat with long-term use!

I currently have an 18-month old that we’ve placed in this seat, and he seems to be perfectly comfortable riding in it! We just took a 4-day long road trip across the country, and he stayed content in his seat. The adjustable headrest (needs to be placed at install) is perfect since he is growing like a weed and made his seat a great, cozy spot for him rest along the way during nap windows. Here are a few reasons why my husband and I are big fans of this seat:
One, the installation instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, and the process was quick (using the LATCH system). I love that this car seat is built with indicators to ensure you have everything placed correctly and safely; this always eases my mom anxiety, as I know it is common to make safety mistakes when installing a car seat. The rear facing canopy! Wow, I wish we always had this! Our little guy is constantly struggling with the sun in his face on car rides, so this is a total game changer for keeping him happy to rest or read in the backseat. The slim fit — we are expecting our second baby in just a few months, so we will have two convertible seats in our backseat within the next year. This seat lives up to its name and does not take up too much space and we have no worries about having two toddler seats in our car.
Overall, the only things I think could have been designed a bit better are the clips and buckles; they are not super easy to unclip one-handed, which I’d prefer as a soon-to-be two-under-two mom.

My two year old son is currently in the rear-facing position and here is a review of how it’s been working for us!
One thing that really spoke to us with this car seat is the longevity, providing excellent value for money! The ability to use this seat through all four stages makes it an investment that will last for years, which is extremely cost efficient in the long run. My little one usually naps during car rides and the reclining options and customizable headrest ensure his head doesn’t fall sideways during car-time nape naps. The padded headrest and seat offer a snug and comfortable fit, and the harness system adjusts easily as well. The installation was mostly straightforward with latch connectors, which was great for me (6 months pregnant with our second one).
Somethings I did not like about the car seat were its size and weight. Due to its multi-stage design, this car seat can be bulky and might take up more space than other models. Even though it’s advertised as “slim,” I did not find it to be as slim or narrow as I was expecting. It is also heavier than some single-stage car seats, which can make it more challenging to transfer between vehicles.
All in all, the Evenflo All4Stages Slim+ 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat is a fantastic option for parents looking for a seat that will grow with their child. It combines safety, comfort, and convenience, making it a reliable choice for families. Although it might be bulkier than other options, the long-term benefits of having a single car seat for all stages make it a good option for our family.
